Just got back from the rudest experiences I have had here 4/7/2025 at 12:00 PM. I have been to two other ubreakifix that were very good. Strongly encourage you to make the drive out of Baytown to find other locations. My phone screen went out and I wasn't sure why, so I brought it to be replaced. When I arrived at the store, I said there may or may not be water damage in my phone, I wasn't entirely sure. I was told I needed to buy a new phone here and they couldn't do anything. After arguing with her about it, since I have been getting text messages, I just can't use the screen, I had to finally demand to have my screen replaced which she finally acquiesced. She did a hard reset in the back of the store which reset my screen. I asked her repeatedly what did you do? i was pretty grateful about it: she just kept saying I did a hard reset. She refused to explain what she did. I was considering whether to replace my screen since it still has parts of it that are blacked out, but I just left. This place is a joke: make an appt & quote a price only to increase upon arrival & pickup

Terrible place! Do not waste your money. I broke my iPhone and went here to get the screen fixed. The buttons on my home screen did not work and a few weeks later a white line showed up on the side of my screen. I took it back and asked them to fix it. They told me that I dropped it and they would warranty that. I told them I did not drop my phone. They refused to correct the issue. I did what I and everyone should do from the start. I went to Apple store today. They are cheaper to replace the screen!!!! They told me that my phone was not dropped and once they opened the phone up the parts were terrible quality and were not connected right. They also said the screen was not glued down properly and had I dropped it in small amount of water, my phone would been ruined. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!! Go to Apple and get OEM products. read more

Bad customer service. I called and asked if he could help me fix my phone and told him the model and he said said no, and nothing else. After some seconds of silence I said oh, um okay. And I was met by more silence. I said thanks, goodbye and he just said your welcome and hung up. Worse place ever read more

I went in looking for information on getting my elderly smart watch going again. The tech was very helpful. He explained that the Pioneer 3 is no longer supported by Samsung. The other techs I had talked to on the phone did not tell me that. At least I learned that the watch has died of old age and I can quit trying to find someone to fix it. Thanks read more

No amount of duct tape, paperclips and rubber bands could've fixed the cracks I had on my phone screen. My entire day was put on pause until I got to uBrakiFix - Baytown. The service was fast and friendly. They had a good set up to keep the staff and shoppers safe and social distanced. They were very fast with repairs and detailed in explaining how they would repair my device. The price for repairs is pretty on par with what you'd expect in most places. My phone has been working good as new and I haven't had any problems with it since the repair. no more cut fingers either! Because of the friendliness of the staff, I'd highly recommend the Baytown location to anyone. read more

My pup chipped the bottom left of the screen of my IPHONE X, although I had a screen protector on it. His baby tooth got underneath the protector !! After 6 months it splintered out. Fortunately, the phone was still functional due to the protector! On a random visit to Verizon, I mentioned it to the service rep. I had put it off as I was traveling and did not want down time waiting on a phone repair!. She told me I could take it to an Asurion rep and get it replaced for $29 w my insurance!!! WHAT?? She pulled up my home address and told me they could meet me anywhere, but Verizon. I gave her my current address and she put in a claim At the Baytown store!! I went there the next day and had it fixed in 45 minutes including liquid glass!! SCORE!! great experience! read more

If you can make some calls and get quotes from different locations. I was given one quote here over the phone and drove 20 minutes to quoted a different price upon arrival. Prices also vary on which location you go to regardless if it's the same phone. Save yourself a headache and find better service. read more
