After a few days they let me know the price which I thought was too high for an older laptop. They offered 20 dollars off via coupon and another discount if I paid cash so I authorized the repair. When I went to pick up the laptop I was told the 20 dollars was to be off a future repair not this one and they knew nothing of a cash discount - about a 40 dollar difference in price from what i was expecting. On the plus side the laptop repair worked.
