these people are the most useless people i have ever dealt with i switched phone company's because these guys got the best service signal but i went to the store to pick up and hoping to do my trade in easy but they told me they cant take my old phone at the store i have to send it thru UPS mind you i set it up to drop off at the store with someone online but because its extra steps for them the job was to complicated for them later down the road... basically you deal with it im to incompetent to do my job so had to drive 2 hours there and set my phone half way up not able to receive calls and text sends me on my way to finish his jobs at my house nd forgets to put my transfer pin in my package now dealing with t mobile trying to get access with a phone that doesn't receive text or calls way to go customer service verizon.....!!!! read more

We were told we would receive a$500.00 credit to switch, we never received it. They charge a $35.00 activation fee as well, then when you get your bill, Verizon re-charges the activation fees all over again. The first bill is more like a car payment. Now we have no choice but to cancel service. read more

Marcus M. Was extremely helpful when assisting my 76 yr old father in getting a cell phone. Unlike many other stores, he didn't push him into buying something that v would not suit his needs. He doesn't pressure him into getting a $40.00 case to go with the $30 charger that attaches to the $600 phone that he can't figure out how to turn on. Ok this young dark haired girl sitting at her desk at the far end of the store across from the store was sooo helpful. I didn't get her name but she helped me with some crazy things my iphone was doing. I was afraid that she'd re boot re do and then ask me for several passwords. Ugh which I forgot. But NO she worked magic fingers and Tada my phone is wonderful she was a genius. I love my phone again and I wanted to drown it in the Upper Klamath River. Yay! We have had Verizon since many years ago when they bought out Unicel. We have been completely happy with our Customer Service, cell service, costs, and MANY different phones all these years....UNTIL we moved to a new home located, IN TOWN, at the cross streets of Shasta Way and Madison Street. My brand new Galaxy S5 as well as my Husband's Brand new Droid Maxx NEVER have more than 2 bars (usually 1G, occasionally 3G, very rarely 4G) standing outside at the end of our driveway. And inside our home, forget using our phones at all....no bars or service AT ALL...text won't send and if we needed 911 we would be on our own!!! Upon visiting the Verizon Retailer the gentleman was very nice but the ONLY THING he could offer us was: To sell us a SIGNAL BOOSTER available at their cost of $250.00!!! OK, so WE SHOULD PAY $250.00 because your towers are not reaching a small area RIGHT IN TOWN??? I would completely understand if we lived in say, Christmas Valley etc. then it would be OUR responsibility to purchase a Signal Booster. We were told the reason we do not get reception in our home is that 1st, we live in what they call a dead zone, which happens in certain areas of Klamath Falls. Huh??? This seems totally absurd to me since if I walk a few hundred yards to Shasta Elementary, I have 4G with full bars...2nd thing is we have metal siding, and a metal roof on our home. These are inhibiting the signal also....I was VERY DISSATISFIED with the help I DID NOT receive after being a good Customer for YEARS...Our phones are on a Business Plan, along with 14 other Verizon Phones. We are now shopping to move our entire business to either AT&T or US Cellular. I assume Verizon is doing so well that they do not have to offer ANY kind of Customer Service or CARE one bit if they lose a small business with only 16 phones.... We will NEVER recommend or have anything to do with anything Verizon ever again....So sad because before this ridiculous experience, we were happy permanent Verizon customers... read more

I needed a cheap phone for the house. I tried on line but that was a pain. Came in, quickly a salesman found me and tried to help. Right away he had a phone to sell, for a hundred dollars. Okay, sounds great. Sat down at his sign up station. Actually the phone was $150 and I would get a $50 rebate. Okay. We started the paperwork. Wait it was $150 and you had to sign a 2 year contract. Online the phone was $100 and no contract..... He said with no contract extension $250. No wait. A simple phone that you could buy a discount store for under $100 with a pre pay plan was now up to $250. Sorry, good bye. I went back online and will soon have a phone to add to my Verizon account for $100, with no two year contract. The salesman was nice, although, obviously misleading. The store layout is confusing with displays of phones at four or more spots with desks in between. A point of note. This is not a Verizon owned store, it is a franchise. They receive their money from percentage of sales and mark up. Online has less overhead (and lower prices) read more

Very poor service. People working here are more interested in sales than customer service. If you haven't bought your phones or tablets or other hardware from them they are not interested in going the extra mile to help you. They seem to have forgotten they also represent Verizon and are a reflection of that company as well. They had so messed up our service and we're not interested in helping us get it straightened out, even though half of their staff (6 people) were just sitting around bull-shitting with each other. We ended up calling Verizon from Cellular Sales office and explained our problem. Not only did the Verizon Customer Service Rep get our issues resolved, but apologized profusely for the attitudes, unprofessionalism, and outright poor reflection upon Verizon directly that Cellular Sales has become. We are lodging an official complaint with Verizon directly as well about Cellular Sales. They seem to not understand the axiom that good customer service provides not just happy customers, but repeat business from happy customers. I had planned on purchasing an Apple Watch for my wife from these guys, but it will be either from Apple or Connection Point in Medford now. read more

Tried to get some phones here and they were more interested in pushing me around and selling me everything under the moon than helping me!!!! No I don't want or need everything you have in your store!! I just got so frustrated by how impersonal the guy was. It was almost like being attacked by a rude wolverine!! It was like I was being treated badly for just trying to get what "I" wanted instead of what THEY want me to have!!!!!! I am NEVER going to this place again!!!! I can't believe they even stay in business! I almost couldn't even get two words in edge wise I ended up just walking out in the middle of one of his pushy rambles of what I need I am just over it!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I've been in sales for 40 years, it's the absolute worst I've ever seen!!! On 10/17/19, I initially went in this store to see how I could get a better signal like using an extender or booster of some kind in more rural areas. A trainee and the store manager showed me a LG phone vs. my Samsung, made a pitch the LG had better technology. I would be able to receive a stronger signal in those hard to reach places. Also said I would save $30 a month by changing from a consumer plan to a business plan and would get better cell service because business accounts get priority on cell towers during the times there is heavy congestion. My low tech husband and high tech son were each eligible for new phones and needed them, so I got 2 new LG phones and switched from a consumer plan to a business plan. Drove 10 miles out of town to home after leaving the store and couldn't even get a signal on the LG phones, my Samsung phone still got a signal and could make and receive calls. Went back to the store, they said a bunch of stuff that sounded reasonable, tried all their suggestions... nothing worked! Also told me when 3G is discontinued the signal would be better. I really did think at the time I was receiving excellent customer service. Got a huge shocker when my 1st bill came, $37 more a month, plus was charged a smart phone data access fee on 2 lines that I wasn't told about. I called Verizon, said there was nothing they could do about it, it was under contract to contact the store. I contacted the store manager, left him numerous text, voicemails and messages at the store. After this went on for 3 months I threaten to contact Cellular Sales Corp office with a complaint, and would contact Verizon, and would leave not so favorable reviews. I also contact the regional manager who has never returned my call or text!!! The store manager finally sent a text and then called after I left another message. He told me he had been in touch with the regional manager and they were working on a solution to buy out my contract. He apologize and said he had never heard of or knew anything about smartphone data access fees... how in the world can you be a manager and not know about something as critical as that????? That's been 5 weeks ago and still no contact or solution. I've been more than patient and kind about this whole thing, WHAT A JOKE!!! SO FED UP!!! Called Verizon again, found out the business plan and congestion "snow job" the store manager fed me is NOT TRUE! I got very short with Verizon and told them I wanted to talk to a supervisor that can do something about this... I'm tired of excuses, I've done everything to resolve this in a patient and kind manner!!! I've been a loyal customer for 15 years, always pay in full and on time, this is the 2nd store I've had a bad experience with, this is absolutely ridiculous, they need to do something about their contractor stores!!!! You don't treat customers this way and stay in business very long!!!! After ranting and venting a lot of frustration Verizon did finally come through and gave me a plan I'm happy with and gave my account a credit for about 90% of the charges I didn't agree to. How in the world does Celluar Sales stay in business? Would rate this Verizon contractor with 5 RED "THUMBS DOWN" if it was an option!!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!! read more
