    T-Mobile has become one of the most disappointing carriers I have dealt with…read more Costs continue to rise through new fees, subtle plan changes, and add-ons that steadily increase the monthly bill. At the same time, service value appears to shrink. What was once marketed as a simple, customer-friendly provider now feels like a steady cycle of higher charges paired with fewer meaningful benefits. Customer service is particularly frustrating. Reaching a knowledgeable human representative is difficult. When contact finally occurs, responses often feel scripted and disconnected from the actual problem. Transfers between departments are common, and simple account issues can take far longer than they should to resolve. More troubling, when a representative finally attempts to address an issue, conversation frequently shifts toward upselling additional services or features that would increase the bill rather than resolving the underlying concern. Attempting to solve a problem should not turn into a sales pitch. Network performance also fails to consistently match advertising claims. Coverage may appear strong on maps, yet real-world speeds and reliability vary widely. Overall experience: rising costs, shrinking value, aggressive upselling, and customer support that rarely inspires confidence. Expectations for a national wireless provider should be far higher.

    Experience is either 5 Star or 2 Star. We went last weekend to this store to check on a repair and…read morepossible upgrade. The guy was super helpful, addressing our issues promptly and even letting us know about a great trade in value promo this week. Exceptional customer service. We went back today and the sales rep (a different one) was super indifferent and wouldn't fully provide the info needed to make a decision to upgrade my phone. So we left and are currently en route to another store that hopefully will provide us with the needed information. Not how I planned on spending a day off.
