Joe came out, replaced a motherboard and power supply, then prompted to say my tv was broken due to "liquid intrusion" while simultaneously saying he had no idea why it happened. His job was to assess the situation and report back to Asurion, but by tinkering with the internal components he broke my warranty with the manufacturer. By using "liquid intrusion" to define his analysis, Asurion denied my claim for replacement, then Joe sent a quote to fix my $1800 TV for $3000 dollars. Asurion reps told me they base their claim off of what the technician says in their report, so to me this was deliberate sabotage, preventing me from getting a replacement, and simultaneously destroying any help I could get from the manufacture. When I tried to reach out for some questions and to see if he could change his verbiage in his report he said he could not. If I could give a 0 rating I would.

Throughout the years my family and I come here for our home and electronic needs. Needless to say, I have always loved this location and typically have had no problems. For the most part, I am an in and out customer, I do not like spending more than 5-10 minutes in a store. I go in knowing what I want and do not like wasting my time or the associates time. Unfortunately today June 28th 2026, I received the worst customer service encounter in my life. I went to Best Buy at 5pm to replace my Apple Watch where I was purposely ignored and overlooked by one of the store associates. When I arrived there was a customer being helped and I patiently waited, as they were there first. This employee assisted her for about 10-15 minutes. As I waited, there was a group of three employees that walked past me with no acknowledgment but I just figured they were on their way to another department. Towards the end of their encounter the one associate turned back, made eye contact with me, then proceeded to turn back around and finish up with his customer. Before I could ask him to assist me with the Apple Watch he then walked off. He did not address or help me in the slightest, instead he went over and started talking to other customers who arrived after me. This whole experience at Waterford lake was disheartening and uncomfortable. I did not realize Best Buy allows for what was blatant discrimination. Shocked by the lack of customer service and the realization that I was not going to be helped; I decided to go to the colonial location. Although it was very inconvenient to have to drive further out, it was much worth it as this was a much better experience and I was able to buy my watch in under 10 minutes. As someone who worked retail in the past and even now that I work in corporate, I understand the importance of customer service. I was always taught and I know that you should always treat customers with respect and dignity. This not only makes you look good, it makes the company look good and leaves the customer feeling good. To conclude, I hope this is not the direction that Best Buy is heading towards as I do not feel comfortable spending money at a company that trains their employees to leave their customers feeling small.

I always find this Target to be clean and organized. Parking in the garage is easy although I kind of dislike that you have to take the escalators up and down each time.
