I wait 2 weeks for the service,finally the technician went to house to set up the internet,he don't even spent 5mts,.said that won't be possible to do the job...and also said the people that works at the store is a bunch of dummys,promising the customers everything but have no idea what's is possible or not possible....my experience was horrible,spoke with jordan from raynham store,and he promised me that was possible to set up,.so I canceled my service with Comcast all because the stupidity,no knowledge how so ever from the sales......im just going back to Comcast now......verizon communication suck big time. read more

Don't go here. Period. Save yourself some money and go to a Verizon Corporate store like Mansfield, or simply do your own upgrades/orders/plan changes online yourself directly with Verizon. It's easy. You'll get what you want, won't be force sold stuff you don't want/need, and you'll save yourself some money!! If you do decide to go here, just be aware that you will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE for doing so, and they don't tell you about it! It's easy to sneak into your bill while you're paying for taxes/accessories etc....They simply tell you the total amount due and point to the CC machine. You may think the additional amount you're paying is for the standard $35.00 Verizon upgrade/line fee that you would expect to pay, but that fee is actually added to your monthly Verizon bill.....this added fee in store is their ADDITIONAL $45.00 that they charge. ZERO STARS Horrible! I have never experienced such a bad customer service in my life... Back in November 2021, I went to the store to purchase one new phone. After getting "wrapped' into the sales speech, and being offered a "great" deal, we left with four new/upgraded phones. All sounded great until turned into a nightmare! My first bill after the upgrades was over $900 and promotions were missing! since then, I have spent many hours in person and over the phone, trying to resolve this! Every time I receive the same answers: "promos have been fixed" or "I will have upper management reach out to you"... did they ever call me back? Nope! I even reached out via social media to the Mr. Haven - Regional Director of New England - for Cellular sales with NO response! They keep pushing me around, telling me someone will call me back among other excuses... makes me wonder if it is because I am a Latina Women??? What an embarrassment for Verizon (who is also "working on the case") and Cellular sales!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

This place is a disaster if I could give the store zero stars I would. We wanted to move our service from T-Mobile to Verizon so we came here. Our first visit we spent two hours while Essence tried to explain programs - she had no idea!! We went back at night to switch phones over. Essence couldn't stay so Sean worked with us. It took him 2 hours and he only switched over 1 phone during that time. After two hours it was 9 pm and the store was closing..... so we came back the following day. At this point we were told that our daughters iphone 7 could not be switched over - even though we were told the night before to pay off the iPhone 7 with T-Mobile and they would reimburse us the payoff fee. If we wanted to have her switched over she would need to buy a phone from them. So basically we are told that we would have to buy a new iphone7 for my daughter even though they told us to pay off old phone night before. At this point I lost it!!! 5 hours later and nothing. The store is run by new associates that have zero clue. When I asked to speak to store manager I was told they all held that responsibility!! HA!!! Before wasting anytime in this store ask them if the have procedures in place to do switchovers. If I owned the store I would have a step by step procedure for my new associates. Again at the end of the day - we did not switch over, wasted 5 hours and dealt with complete incompetence. read more

Beware!!! I just purchased my second iPhone from this retailer. In both instances, they added the monthly insurance without my approval. On this last purchase I commented to my spouse that I was surprised there was no sales effort to sell me insurance. Well, I just received my monthly bill and there lies the charge of $13! I call Verizon Wireless and they are removing the charge. Because this is the second instance, I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General to look into this deceptive practice. I wonder how many other customers are getting this charge and not looking at their invoice. This is why I refused to go paperless with Verizon Wireless. In addition they charged me $45 for the device setup which was not disclosed. Set it up yourself. read more

I came here to buy 3rd generation AirPods since TMobile and target did not have them. This location was last resort due to issue I have had with them in past. I decided to call and ask if they had them and I was told they did and that I did not need to be a Verizon customer to purchase them. I went to the store about an hour later to make the purchase. Matt Provost helped me out. At the time was a fine interaction, quick and painless. He printed my receipt and folded it up and handed it to me. I left and went home to try them out. As I tried them I found they didn't really sit well in my ears as I would have liked. I decided to return them next day since I bought them day before. I was told by an anonymous young lady and Matt that because I opened them I could no longer return them and that that was their policy. After discussing further I asked for a manager and was told we do not have a manager here. I asked Matt why he wouldn't tell me about that policy before leaving and he stated it's on your receipt. I told him I felt that is a shady sales technique and again why he wouldn't mention that at any point when we chatted or even highlighted the receipt for me to read All he could do is shake his head like a deer in headlights. I have been in customer service for 15 years and without a doubt this location is the shadiest I have ever encountered. read more

Beware of sales scammers at this store. Complete liers. I was told that if I upgraded I would get unlimited data and a phone for $238.00. And that my bade plan would be $124.00. NONE of that happened when I checked my new bill. Phone was almost $600. No unlimited data...and my bill is now $240! Called Verizon to complain. Came in a couple weeks ago with a not properly cell phone. While I was ready for an up grade I ask for the newest version of my old phone ( Samsung) I was push by 3 sales men to get the new LG by telling me that is better, faster ext ext I asked them what happen if and they said that I had 2 weeks to decide if I like it and also that as a manager I could get a $200 gift card. 5 days later and while I was going crazy with the new phone ( not faster or better plus extra confusing) I took it back to the store. Same people but this time not to excited to see me. They said that that I couldn't return the phone coz they already sent in the gift card and also they will get in trouble coz they shouldn't blah blah blah Long story all ready called and complain to Verizon and they can't do anything until they investigate and in the mean time I am stuck with a phone that I don't want. Went to this Verizon store to upgrade my phone from a iPhone 8 Plus to a new iPhone 11. The sale person was very nice and answered all questions, pushed for screen protectors and cases but that was expected. After all of my data from my old iPhone was transferred over to the new phone, it was time to pay. While paying for the phone, I realized there was an additional fee called "device setup fee" for $45. I asked if this was the activation fee and was told it was for basically turning on my phone. After doing research online I found out that this fee was simply because this retailer isn't corporate and they can charge whatever they want. If I had known that I was going to be charged $45 on top of the $40 Verizon already charges for an activation fee, I would've walked out and bought this iPhone at a corporate store. Very unhappy about this. They should have a sign that specifies that they are not a corporate store. read more

I am writing this because I feel an employee at this location - Rob R should be recognized for his excellent customer service! I originally went to this store to purchase a car charger. He greeted me immediately and asked about my phone so he could locate the appropriate charger. Then he looked up my records on the computer and found I was eligible for an phone upgrade as well as accompanying accessories. He was nice to take the time to explain I could get a better phone as well as a better plan than I was currently enrolled. He also transferred items from the old phone to the new one. He was very professional and I appreciate the courtesy and time he took with me to make sure I was completely satisfied with my phone and his service before I left. read more

This place is less than a zero. I went in because my phone was broken. Long story short I was forced to get a fourth line with no device on my current bill. Manny told me I could cancel the line in February. After a few days I went back to the store questioning this transaction as it didn't seem right to me. Manny was with a customer so I spoke with another worker. He looked up my account and told me everything was good and reinforced what Manny had done. When I called Verizon Customer Service to cancel the line I was informed that there was a 600 dollar device fee attached that would remain on my bill. Bottom line is that Manny did commission fraud on my account for a device that I never signed for nor did I receive. The store was unwilling to do anything for me and said Manny did everything right. However, Verizon itself is giving me a bill credit for the money I've lost. Oh by the way, he no longer works there and hasn't for months. I find it hard to believe that no one else in the store was or is aware of this. They are probably all doing it and getting away with it. DON'T GO TO THIS STORE!! ps. the Verizon customer service advised to only do purchases at a corporate store. read more
