I was…read morethere for almost 4 hours due to an issue with the switch from my old carrier to AT&T, and since I was there for a long time, every single employee in the store interacted with me in a good way during such a challenging time. Something that could've been very stressful ended up being not so bad, all because of the extremely knowledgeable and patient salesman, Peter, who did the impossible to make sure I left happy and with my new phone working, and because of everybody else in the store as well. I remember interacting with Chris, Mike, Jordan, Zac, Benz, Nas, and someone whose name I unfortunately don't remember. Everyone was really polite, friendly, and kind to me. I 1000% recommend this store, it made me have faith in great customer service again. Thank you again to everyone, especially Peter, for being the best salesperson I've ever talked to. If I ever need to go back for any reason, I know it won't be a headache like I imagined it would be.

For 3 months I've called with high bills and each person in store explained it takes a bit for ATT to adjust. Finally went in for 3rd time and calling & they found out....oops...they quoted and printed a price that included Internet service but unfortunately they can't provide in my area .They also kept telling me I had home tech security included even tho I was getting billed $25 every month. I was misinformed every single time I reached out to them. Now they can not get me back on my old plan so I am now being billed $40/month more! They get commission so I wonder if it really was an "oops". So they enrolled me in the plan that required internet but since they are unable to provide internet in my area I get a $40 increase on service they sold that doesn't exist Looking at past reviews, stay away from the team in Hanover

They had everything up and running within minutes, including porting my number and helping me transfer data to my new phone. Compared to other locations I've visited, this one is much calmer and more attentive. No long waits, no hassle. Michael helped me out, and he was fantastic--knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly experienced. If you're thinking about switching carriers or just need solid support, this store is a great bet.

Allan installed a SS hard drive as well as cleaned up all other functions and loaded a malware killing program.. The thing is a rocket ship ! My lap top operates faster and better than new I found Allan to be honest, professional, knowledgeable and reasonable I would not hesitate to use his service again or to fully recommend him to any Five Star Service
