we had the great good fortune to have Justin as our advisor. He was perfect for us, telling us what we needed to know to make good decisions about new iPhones and apple watches. He knew pricing and gave advice about an old jet pack which haven't used for years and yet are paying$20/ a month for. Had to go to this location after two other Verizon stores couldn't replace my girlfriend's screen protector. We finally arrive here and there's only one associate at the store. This wouldn't generally be a big deal, but there was two other families in there when we arrived. This poor guy is trying to balance his time, but failed pretty miserably. We waited 30 minutes just for him to begin the process of looking up her account. However, he did apologize for the wait and got her hooked up with the new screen protector for free (because of her "Go Advantage" plan). Nice dude, at least they finally had what we needed after we traveled around for a while. This all being said, I felt bad that he had to deal with all of the families and us by himself around back to school time. Give this man some extra staff! read more

This Verizon store location has always been helpful with any problem I've had with my phone. This includes broken screens, malfunctioning speakers, replacing phones and the tempered glass on the front for me! They've sat on hold and talked to people to help me with my phone issues. They are patient, friendly and easy to talk with. I also have never felt pressured to buy anything from them but at the same time they are the ones who sold me my first tempered glass protector (worth it) and I have not regretted it. This location also happens to be very convenient to get to and I will continue to visit this location! read more

I had the best experience at this Marshfield location! I ordered a new iPhone 8 and Jason helped me on 4/15/18. The process was quick and easy. Today, 4/16/18, my current phone completely died and I went to the store to see what I could do. Paul, Matt, and Clyde were so beyond helpful and let me sit in the store basically all day to figure out my phone issues. Paul even called customer service to see if my iPhone 8 could be shipped faster or if there was anything else I could do. He helped me backup my phone (which had not been done in 2 years) and answered all my questions. By the end of the day I felt so much better and I learned a LOT about my iPhone. These men at this store are amazing! I never thought of going to Verizon because I never thought I could afford it. Harold the manager was amazing he worked so hard to get me the plan and phones I wanted. It was kind of unreal how much he cared. If I had known I would have had this experience I would have been in a lot sooner! Greg and Jason were so kind as well! They were very welcoming of me and my nine month old little girl.
