Worst experience in 20 years with Verizon !!!! Not our usual store but rushed to see someone. Operates like a used car lot. Front desk said we would have Gene but needed to wait because he was busy. Four other reps sitting on sofa at front of store doing nothing. we sat down with Gene who really did not even attempt to understand our issue. Did not ask for cell phone number to look up account Which has always been the protocol at Our usual store. Not sure what his problem was with us ?? Verizon has increasingly become more difficult to deal with. On phone many promises made but not kept and now this. Maybe time to consider TMobile after 20 years of loyalty that means nothing to these people! read more

I stopped in to get a new phone for myself and my son. While the salesperson seemed very helpful and informed us of some very good deals, he failed to mention the costs associated with the deals. Additionally, he put screen protectors on all the phones without asking me or letting me know the price and added charging blocks to my bill after I explicitly told him I didn't want them. He was not transparent with pricing at all. Congrats on the sale, sir. I will not be back to this location and can say this was the most shady and disappointing experience I have ever had with a Verizon associate. read more

Purchased a prepaid Orbit Speed mobile hotspot recently. During the purchase I asked salesman (Gene) if I wasn't satisfied with performance of unit if I could return it. He said yes. So I figured I'd give it a try. Unit didn't perform at all as I had hoped, so went back to store 6 days later with original box, receipts, etc. Explained my dissatisfaction to another salesman, who then went to a manager about my return. Salesman came back & said I could not return it since it was a prepaid unit. Explained what Gene told me about returning it & this salesman was firm that I was out of luck. Very unethical operation. Only tell you what you want to hear. Salesman outright lied to me. Will never return to this place & will mention my terrible experience to all my friends at the resort we are staying at. Avoid this place like the plague! read more

Don't go to this store, honestly I don't know how Verizon is such a prestigious company, it allows these sellers from another company lying, saying that they will charge 35 dollars with it activation fee the day you make the purchase and it's totally a lie, don't be fooled, Verizon charges the activation in the first Bill, I can set up my phone. read more

Sales rep Ryan was great. Very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Helped us through the process very well. That said, the store's inventory of phones and matching protectors sucks! Only one of this model, none of that one. And don't buy the $40 case. Get a better one on Amazon for $8.99. But again, Ryan was great....5 stars for him...one star for the store. read more

I walk in the store to a greeter who's clearly put off with my presence for whatever reason. Before I can calmly finish my sentence about returning an item that was put on my bill without my consent (happens every time I upgrade. Shame on me for not looking closer) he says I can't return it there because it's not from a Verizon store. So after showing the receipt and going back and forth with this rude uninformed kid, I ask for a manager. The kid tells me I can wait 30 minutes for a manager which I'm ok with. Miraculously a manager appears and explains The item was purchased at a franchised store and I can only return it there. Not a problem. I tell the manager about my unpleasant experience with the kid who is standing behind everyone watching with a glib smirk and chatting with his buddies. The manager asks how he was rude. Many kudos to Dave Stewart at this Verizon Wireless location. We are moving and stopped in to change our address and update our account. Many changes and additions were made to our account and Dave walked us very patiently through all of the tech. stuff that normally would have left us scratching our heads. One of the changes was to transfer our Frontier land line service to a Verizon wireless service (at great savings). Unfortunately, when it came time for us to set it up at home, we once again showed our total ignorance for all things technical. We called Dave, hoping he could talk us through the process. Instead, he said he would come right over to the house and make sure it was set up properly. He did and it was! This was about 8:45 before he went into the store. The store double charges the cost of a phone purchased directly from Verizon Wireless. When I called to question why I was advised they buy the phones out rights and can charge what they want. I did not realize that they charged double until past the 14 days and therefore, they would not credit me the excess charge. Very poor service and customer service. I am going to also file a formal complaint. read more

Customer service after sale is not good. Once they made the sale the staff was not interested in making sure the phone set-up was working even though they charge for the set up. read more
