She was incredibly patient, very thorough and so, so helpful. She explained the things that I would need and the things that weren't necessary. Went to this location to deal with several issues related to adding my elderly parents to my phone plan. Having had less than stellar experiences with T-Mobile customer service in the past, my expectations weren't very high. Well i was very pleasantly surprised by Ryan. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. He took extra time to make sure that all my issues were resolved and that I understood how to use everything. He has a fantastic attitude and seemed to genuinely care about my issues. I would definitely return to this location due to him. read more

Explained I was terminating my account. Was told to pay $666 which I did. Now I have a bill for $164 even though I had paid the amount I was told to pay. Regardless T-Mobile will charge you for another payment even though I had paid for everything. T-Mobile claims I owe it based on their fine print and that they don't have a resolution department. If I don't pay they a sending me to bill collectors. read more

I have been t mobile customer for a decade.In my Smartphone, unfortunately camera stopped working, I stopped in to ask if they had advice, maybe it was a software issue.. If Agent couldn't help, she could say so. She, instead, spent time on computer and then launched into an agressive sales pitch to convert from prepaid to a more expensive plan.. saying ' she doubted that my phone would be working much longer because it was a very old phone ( model)) " JERK I had Just told her I purchased this fine phone in Dec, and that I am out of work. , she is insisting she will give me this ABSOLUTELY NEW PHONE FOR FREE ( street value $ 150) , all I have to do is to spend $ 20 more a month out of pocket on a data plan.. ? that is $ $ 240 a year.. Do the math sweetheart.. and I would have this NEW piece of junk with a 16 gb brain which, if you've ever experienced, means you can't install hardly any apps as it comes pre loaded with tons of bloatware. This location has an employee named Gillian .B. and she was absolutely AMAZING to say the least! I went from playing phone tag for weeks with T-Mobile to having a working phone within 10min. Not this location, but this company. Tried to unlock a galaxy S8 plus that I got by trading my iPhone. I bought the iPhone outright 800$. Activated the galaxy and used it for a while. Bought a new iPhone and wanted to unlock my galaxy for a family member. I was told that the person who traded me the galaxy was still making payments on it and they wouldn't unlock it. The CS agent said I was "stupid" for making that trade and when I said this is ridiculous I should switch to Verizon he said I should. So I did. Now I receive harassing phone calls from a t-mobile 8445402407 all hours of the day and night constantly calling and hanging up. Their CS doesn't care if you leave. They have no accountability. I was called stupid and told I should switch carriers. No one will ever even be reprimanded. I've contacted many people and I just keep getting passed around trying to make a complaint. So I came here. This is the best I could find. Maybe some big shot will see this go through my records and fix it. I doubt it but. Whatever. I'd stay away from this company.
