Normally I go to a corporate store that's located a few miles away from here, but they are always crowded and there's no place to sit down and I always feel rushed. My friend suggested we check this one out. What a pleasant experience! We were greeted at the door, ushered to seats at a desk and even asked if we would like anything to drink! My friend and I both got new phones and then I came back the next day with my mom and my aunt and put them both on Verizon service (they were on boost and metro) and they each got a phone. Dave was our representative and he was very kind and had a great deal of patience with us, as I'm sure we drove him crazy lol at the end of each transaction he took the time to explain our upcoming bill and what will show as far as charges, registration fee and taxes and fees. The worst experience I have ever had with a phone carrier. Everything seemed good till after I left the store. I went to change carriers, Adrian told me I had a 30 day guarantee to see if I liked the service, yet he failed to tell me once you give them your phone they send it in the next day and you will never get it back if you don't like the service. He also failed to tell me the first bill was going to be over $700. He failed to tell me that my monthly bill was almost double what I was paying before switching carriers. I would have never changed carriers knowing my bill was going to be that high. read more

Polite sales employees. This location is a bit further from me but I go here when I need to upgrade. The sales reps are very knowledgeable about their products and whenever they hit a snag they quickly research it to get a proper answer. Verizon is more expensive than other cellphone carriers out there but I've never had a dropped call in any location I've been at. My phone also doesn't lag, force restart or close apps unexpectedly. read more

My Verizon representative was wonderful. After calling first and discussing my phone upgrade options, I told him my husband and I would be in within the hour. He greeted us at the door and welcomed us. He recommended two different phones and reviewed the features of both. Telling him what I used my phone for and what my needs were, he suggested I go with the IPhone 11. He transferred all my data and photos and explained the differences of my old and now new phone. He was quite patient and was very thorough. He gave me his cell number in case I had any further questions. I would recommend this store in a heartbeat, especially my representative named Edwin. I have had Verizon for 2-3 years now and the past 10 months has been the absolute worst phone and customer service i have ever had with any provider, my phone service practically overnight went from wprking okay to 1 bar wherever i go at any given time, constant dropped calls not receiving nor sending text messages conversations fading in and out etc.. i have contacted Verizon about this issue the corporate number so many times i lost count, the idiots actually verified my phone service has a provision issue whatever that means, so they sent me a new phone well what they claimed to be the dam thing came in the mail in a envelope ???? No packaging nothing just like that... i never heard of such a thing, well i go to a verizon near me this address here 4106 Mariner Blvd spring hill FL, 34609 and spoke with Jason ( a real joker) to have the service transfered to this other "new" phone corporate sent me. Well he changes it out but the entire time hes trying to sell me the 12 saying the 11 is obselete everything is 5G now this phone will never work anymore they changed all the towers and was trying to shove this new phone down my throat... i dont want the 12 who is going to pay for that why doesnt it come out of your paycheck then you buy me one, theres nothing wrong with my 11 i want mine working. So i walk out door couple hours later bam same issue 1 bar garbage service. So now i go to a corporate store located at 13346 cortez blvd Brooksville FL, 34613 and spoke with supposedly a manager after wasting my time waiting an hour and half for the idiot manager to throw his hands up and say well cant help you call corporate keep "bothering them till they fix it right way" literally thats what happened and said have nice day walked away. You people downright suck i want my phone to work this is your problem you fix it, you have no problem sending me a overpriced as heck bill though. read more

I have had a flip phone for many. many years until my granddaughters both got phones. So that I could text with them, I went to the store on Mariner. I had been to the place on US 19 a couple of times, but the staff there is not too helpful. I met with Geoffrey for the first time and everything went great. He laughed at my old phone, but not me. He explained everything to me from how to use the Pixel phone to what it was going to cost me monthly. I had given him a maximum I was willing to pay monthly & he hit it on the nose. He then asked if anyone in my family was military or ex and then I got a 15% discount for my Viet Nam veteran husband. There were 2 other staff in there when I was there and they both were very nice also. I would definitely recommend this company & this store. read more

They told us they would pay our last sprint bills to switch over to Verizon. So a few weeks later when the bills arrived. They said they would only pay them off if we traded in our old phones. Not what the first salesman said at all. Very frustrating. read more
