In the past, Spring Hill lacked a good customer service option for Verizon Wireless. Other options were really not very helpful, moderately to highly pushy for up selling and just generally left me underwhelmed and unhappy. So much so that it was worth the drive to Tampa to find helpful and friendly customer service. Well, that Tampa trip is no longer necessary because of this newer location here in Spring Hill. In this age of COVID 19 it is hard to find stores that are easily accessible and open for one on one customer service. When my husbands old phone died yesterday I dreaded the thought of having to deal with it without the personal service. I was told curb side pick up was the best I could get right now. This morning I decided to call this location and was very impressed with Moe on the phone. He said "Come on in. We are open and here to help. I'll be wearing a mask and you can if you want but don't have to." When we arrived, Lauren opened the door to welcome us in. While she was ready to help us right off, when we said we had talked with Moe, she got us right to him. Social distancing is easy in the store. Properly spaced furniture, signage to indicate 6 feet placements and everyone in the store wearing masks (appropriately, not half way). Moe was friendly and efficient. He assisted my husband in choosing the right phone for his needs and our budget. He helped get everything transferred to the new phone and was even able to crack a few funny jokes in the process, making it feel like we were among good friends. While we were being helped by Moe, an older gentleman came in for assistance on how to use his device. Fabian, the store manager was helping him with such kind and compassionate service. Not condescending in any way as he helped this older man navigate the devices features. All in all, our service level was exceptional. All three of the staff members were professional, kind, friendly and very helpful. They are OPEN for business and ready to serve you too. From now on, I'll drive past the other locations to get to this one. No more heading all the way to Tampa for great customer service. read more

The absolute worst. They just care about getting sales. I bought a iPhone & went back to return it. Dale was great took the return and ported my number to my main line. He also mentioned if I brought back the box I would get a refund. I come back with the box and receipts and unfortunately dale is with another client. John proceeds to help me leaving clients that he was working with. John was under the impression he was not getting a sale with the other clients so that is why he dismissed them and came to me. Once he found out what I was there for he started the process. However the clients he was with had a change of heart and were going to get a phone call they called him over again so now he is more interested in the sale than helping me out. He then goes back to the other clients and leaves me at the desk. I was patient but after waiting 45 mins I decided to leave. I called dale and expressed my frustration he tells me that he will take care of it and send me a check. I agreed and left it at that. 5 mins later John calls me back and tells me I need to come back that he is not returning my cell phone unless I am there. Furthermore, there were other employees that were available to help me but since it was not a sale they made up excuses that they were busy. I would encourage corporate to look at the cameras 3:55pm 12|30|2024 "busy" is being outside smoking a cigarette. Completely unacceptable I will never go back to this location. Would rather lie then help with the problem. I wasn't going to use there service anymore now no one wants to unlock there phone they made me pay2 months to get unlocked its 4 years old paid for and refused to help store on the phone its embarrassing that they hire clueless most are of color and seem not to like anyone smarter to them. So they said my phone won't work on t mobile but the paper he claimed said that didn't he just read one line. Claimed victory and i said why you keep lieing and holding a old phone hostage on your server. He tried to grab me and threw me out i am 60 years old i feel he felt empowered to throw a old white man out in front his ppl in rhe store . Called the manager said everything i said was correct but neither apologized to me. Sad very unprofessional and attitude and boarder line racist. Asked Daniel if an Apple Watch could be put on a Verizon account. He said yes. At the end of the transaction he wanted $80 out of pocket. Said taxes were due up front. He said NOTHING about this when asked in the beginning. Then he says there will be a $50 restocking fee as the transaction had already been started. Was VERY condescending. Made me feel small. Said he'd been working there so many years and I was the first customer that didn't know this. Gave me 2 options, pay $80 in tax for the watch or pay $50 and get nothing. Terrible customer service on his part. TERRIBLE!! read more

The Verizon Cellular Sales office in Spring Hill, Florida, off of Commercial Way (U.S. 19), is where my wife and I bought our new I-Phone 11 today. In fact, this is where we have bought our last two previous I-Phone models. Our salesman was Edwin Ortiz, and he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He gave us every deal he could that we qualified for and did it with a pleasant smile and was quite efficient. Total time was less than an hour and a half and that was with all our information on our old phones transferred to our two new I-Phones. The experience I had was amazing, we were in there for 3 hours. We were getting out of the car & Nick W opened the door for us & the greeting we got felt more genuine than most people. We explained our issues and everything, he helped us reset our Account PIN number since it was not letting us & he even was trying to save us money. It felt as if he actually cared about what I wanted to know or what I was talking about. The reason we were in there for so long is because I upgraded my phone. He is one of the nicest employees there in my opinion. Honestly, all of them were great but Nick W is the one that assisted us & he made sure that I walked out of the store with my phone in hand. Other Verizon locations, I wouldn't go to since another Verizon store employee (I won't name any names) but they were very rude & inconsiderate.
