Joe was super helpful and the manager Angel was very knowledgeable. Both helped me troubleshoot a 2 phone trade-in situation that I had been dealing with the customer call center. They helped me print the label and package everything safely. They also answered questions about my bill. We had a nice experience at this store and we would come back again for sure! This store was very clean and had good associates who knew what they were talking about. We went there to have our phone screens replaced but, as usual, they didn't have them in stock again. We had to order them again. I've been waiting on a screen protector replacement for 2 months and I still have to wait. The last one was supposedly lost in the mail. It would be nice if they had our screen protectors on hand. You replace one, have a couple on hand. That would be good customer service and save the customer time and another trip. read more

I had one of the worst experience I've ever had in any retail experience in my life at this store 5 minutes ago. T-Mobile messed up my newly ordered internet service with my son-in-laws mobile account. So my internet account was placed under his mobile service. They are using my CC and email but his mobile account. I called customer service spent a hour on the phone with them yesterday and 45 minutes chatting via chat today. They assured me that all I had to do was go to a store and they would resolve everything . I went to the store at 130 Marriner Blvd. Spring Hill, Fl. The customer service guy was no help nor did he offer any resolution to my problem. When I pressed him he told me to get to F@*^ out of his store and called me a sh$*^head. I never once swore at him in return. I did call him a jerk for talking to me the way he did.Said he'd call the cops. I said go ahead. He did. They then placed a trespass order on me so that I can never enter the store again. Wow....if they would treat a customer that way do you really think they care about the service they provide????? read more

IF YOU MUST GO WITH T-MOBILE, GO TO ANOTHER STORE AND DEF DON'T WORK WITH TOM OR KENNY!!** I came in here last year to try out T-Mobile's service. I spoke with Tom, who was very eager to earn my business, as I would have been activating several lines with him. I made certain to activate only one line to begin as I wanted to insure that their cellular service was adequate. I asked, precisely what their return policy was. I was told by Tom that should I not be happy with service there is a $40 restock fee plus any prorated charges for the time I had the device. Okay, cool. Well, service was horrendous in the area that I was needed to make/receive calls. I went in to return and was met by Tom, only this time he wasn't as eager to help. He changed his attitude and stated that the restock was actually $70 dollars and that I was responsible for the entire months bill. Seriously dude? The manager Kenny, acknowledged that Tom provided me with the incorrect information, but he would not honor this information that I based my buying decision on.Not only that, but the guy was very unprofessional and rude! I am a man of principle, okay. Say what you mean, mean what you say and if you make an error, own it. Anyway, they refused my return. It was an entire fiasco. Finally, after a few days of dealing with T-Mobile directly Kenny admitted he was wrong and said he would make it right. Of course when I went to return the device (within my 14 day window) it was Tom who "helped" me. And he stated he wouldn't be honoring his word. Whatever, I called my credit card company and was able to have them remove charges. I forgot all about it and wouldn't have been bothered to leave a negative review until it popped up on my credit report. My credit and my business credit is A+. I don't like having my time wasted, but since it is, I may as well leave a review to spare another person or business from the same dubious sales tactics. If you have to fabricate your companies policy to close a sale then maybe don't go into sales. If you made an honest mistake, own it and learn from it. Customer's or prospective customer's shouldn't have to foot the bill, monetarily or in time, for your incompetence. Sorry for the blurb, but it needed to be said.
