I did my research online and then I went to visit each providers, brick and mortar stores. I wanted to see what their "real" customer service was like and to see if there were different offerings from the stores. After researching and visiting, it was an easy decision. T-Mobil had to best package for a new customer and their customer service was the most professional and friendly. A huge shout out to KB, the store manager. She was the representative that I dealt with and she was very detailed in her presentation. She listened to my needs and wants in a cellular package and got them all for me, plus other benefits. She even transferred the new services to my iPhone and iPad, making it totally painless for me. As, I waited my turn and interacted with KB, I observed the other sales associates assist other customers. It was obvious, KB has trained them well. As new customers entered the store, they were all greeted and told they'd be assisted soon. The other representatives, were polite and none of them used high pressure sales. If you are wanting to change your cellular service or looking for your first mobil phone, I recommend shopping at this, T-Mobil store.

Issues still present are as follows, Email not put into the system, therefore not able to log into my T-Mobile account resulting in dozens of phone calls and two tickets filed through customer care trying to get this resolved, He put my Email as "Email@gmail.com" customer care were able to change my email but not yet on the back end of there system which is what tells there servers you are logging in with the correct email on the website, also put my address as some random address in Collinsville. When I called up to the Alton store and spoke to him directly he tried to take 0 fault and told me he did it all so I wouldn't get spam. SMH the rest of the team seemed cool and has told me directly that this isn't the first time he has done this and it happens all the time. This manager should not be in this position and should be retrained on how to do things the right way. Also called a guy that is supposed to be taking the complaints for this store but yet to have heard back from him. Will update this when he calls back.
