When thry gave me the pieces all taken apart, they claimed it was all there. When I walked out, I saw that they'd kept the critical part, I walked back in, and their behavior was so dishonest, menacing, mocking and I saw it was truly not worth fighting with them. One was obviously chatting with a friend. I could tell by the subject matter and how catty they were getting about a person they were talking about. I had to totally walk up to the counter before the other associate greeted me. I informed her that I was considering changing providers and had been recommended to Verizon. I shared with her what I needed and wanted in my plan. She gave me a price and I'll be honest it was a good price. However, her only presentation was writing the dollar amount and her name on a business card. All the other stores I visited, printed out the entire offer on a sheet of paper and then gave me a business card. A weak sales presentation, lost her the sale. Price was good, but the customer service was poor.
