I went there in November of 2024 and they said they are not a corporate store and don't follow corporate store rules, so I had to pay roughly $22.50 for a watch battery replacement. I just went to my local Batteries Plus Store on Sunday, October 5th, 2025 to replace the same battery again. The Store in Frisco Texas did replace the battery under the Batteries Plus warranty.

I went inside to get my phone and they had the wrong screen on my phone. I went back to the store the next day because the correct screen had to be ordered. When I picked my phone up the screen was glitching badly and the touchscreen wasn't functioning. The tech worked on my phone again. Now my phone doesn't hold a charge and I have to constantly charge my phone. Whereas before I could go at least a day or two without having to to charge my phone. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this store.

They said no..... so assuming that was implying that the customer would have to use the "Self-services kiosk himself.... I asked again and verifying twice that the location for Printing/SCANNING/EMAILING and SHIPPING Packages....No longer Scans to have an email go back the original user because that service isn't there. He confirmed in their store they ONLY fax now because of a "NEW" machine for 2026 technology for digital packages. The only UPS store in America.... apparently not able to do this task. Then the rep made fun of me in front of another customer. Then hung up on me. Then I called back to confirm the digital package had been deleted and they hung up again. Bad location for UPS. Hope it goes higher up and please help them get a scanner in their building again.
