When I asked for who or if someone could call me back would be a help; I was told to not tell her how to do her job. This is unacceptable to not value a customer and basically did not want to hear of all of the concerns I presented. I requested a call back as for this was unacceptable! Just rushing us out the door. I was told I'd need a more expensive plan to get the Verizon deal -- no explanation, no interest in answering questions. One employee even told me to "try to get a better deal online" because it's all in the "small print." It felt hostile, like they couldn't wait for us to leave so they could coast the last hour. If you're going to shame customers for coming in an hour before close, change your hours.

When I finally was eligible I was told I would have at least a half hour wait. I immediately went to the smaller, small business Verizon, at 207 Fairview. I was waited on almost immediately by a friendly, courteous employee/manager. She helped with all my concerns and got my phone ready in a short time. It was night and day between the 2 stores. I highly recommend using this small business owners Verizon as opposed to the new franchise. Now my phone has water damage and will be going there today. I hope to receive the same type of service, which I have a feeling I will.
