Immediately malfunctioned and now will not turn on and got super hot about an hour ago. I took it in and of course now they decide to tell me that "We can't guarantee anything will be waterproof after we work on it." Do your job and do it the right way and stop hiding behind stupid rules and clauses. Horrendous business, they clearly don't know what they're doing and refuse to take any amount of responsibility. I am now down the cost of my watch and the cost of their repair (which actually did not repair, probably would've been better off just leaving the screen cracked). Please please please save your hard earned money and take your devices somewhere else.

It was if I were in a twilight zone rerun because even an employee left a side door with not a word said to us. We exited never to return and bought a new Mac Book at the nearby Bst Buy for a better price with 3 years of Apple care all I less than 10 minutes. If I could give zero stars I would. I have purchased from other Simply MAC stores in other states but this one is clearly of need to learn how to attend to people. What is strange is that all the seated customers and clerk didn't even speak to each other the whole time we were in there!!!!!
