Arrived at Noon. At 1:15 pm, Had to leave to make it to work on time, still didn't have a phone plan. Went back on Saturday. Spent 6 hrs in the store. Upon trying to change service, we ended up having to upgrade our IPhones. I the process of switching our numbers over, We we're informed by or representative that we would have to contact boost to get our numbers released. This is in fact not true, he was just being lazy.Upon trying to purchase our phones, after he assigned us new numbers, he informed us that the phones were on hold, so we ended up getting IPhones with 250gb, which cost more, and walking out with six lines instead of three. We were told that our phone trade in were worth 350.00 each. We traded in three. After leaving, I had to return due to a phone isssue. Spent another 2 hrs on the store only to be told that I would have to go to a corporate store to resolve the issues Riley caused. Three weeks later after numerous trips to the corporate store and numerous hours on the phone with tech support,we finally got the lines issue resolved. Now I found out that he lied about the phone price, and only gave us an 80.00 credit per phone. Don't go to the Huntington, Indiana store, all you will get is ripped off. His pay is based on commission, the more you spend the more he makes . Save yourself time and go the corporate store on West Jefferson. They will treat you like you should be treated. They are very professional, and you will not have to do their job for them either. Thumb's down to the Huntington Branch, they Suck.

He said it would take a couple hours to fix but I would be in front of the line. I agreed to pick it up the next day to avoid the afternoon traffic. When I called the next day they still hadn't gotten to it. Finally the next business day when I called it was repaired. Although it did get repaired I did not like the amount of time it took, the high cost, having to return, and how they jerked me around. Geniuses? Not.

I appreciate that they were open, without appointment, on a Sunday afternoon. My only real complaint is that there is no place to wait inside this large store. It seems they don't want you hanging around to wait on the service to be completed.

Cameron Konuch ran a quick check on it and said it was an inexpensive laptop and it had reached the end of its useful life but it appeared to him that he could recover all of the information on the hard drive. So he took it into the back room and subsequently recovered all of the information and images from it put it on an 8GB stick all in less then one hour. The service was fast, reasonably priced and I left about an hour later happy and non the worse for wear. He suggested that I not buy another inexpensive laptop and made several suggestions for upgrading to a better one.
