Everytime you call the steps are resetting your modem which you can do yourself from your app or from your account online. They next will send a tech rep that has no idea what they are doing and will send the same tech up to three times. Then try to charge you for the whack internet tech rep coming out even though it is their fault. Then they will try to replace your modem like it will help. I even purchased pods to extend the internet assuming it would help which they sold to me saying it would. Nope don't even waste your 150 because the internet will still suck. I pay 160 a month for the highest internet of 600 mbps and when running the test its only 0.5 mbps. I have had service with them for 3 years since 2017 and have to call twice a month if i even have time for that because i have four daughters. Now with upcoming virtual classes this is ridiculous.

When there is a price increase STOP saying it's because of the taxes and fees that your business is being charged. That might be true for 1 increase a year but it's not true for the other 2 'increases I've received this year. Also customers that cancel their service should NOT have to return "your" equipment...a technician was sent to deliver and set up.., send one back to disconnect and pickup! I as a customer had to swap out a cable box (due to issues with it) had to miss part of a workday because you're store locations are not open when I go to work nor when I get off of work!! Customers paying these current and future high prices should not have to return or pickup/swap out any equipment... it is very inconvenient for customers !!

Whenever I had issues, RTC would troubleshoot from their end amd the issue would be resolved. Not with this company. They send someone out to your home for everything. Recently my security system gives a weird error message that doesn't go away. Reached out to eatel whom dispatched an employee. He called me and was actually the initial installer with RTC, glad to see they hired him on. He told me I would need to sign a 3 year contract. I think not‼ I will be speaking with a manager today and if I need to sign a contract, I will proceed with cancelling my Eatel services.

As an existing customer, I visited this Verizon store for the first time today. I came in to…read moreupgrade one line to the latest iPhone and had a few questions regarding current pricing options, an iPad pro and data line I have, and info on a business account. We weren't greeted when we walked in, but that was no big deal. Once addressed, we realized we got the worst customer service member we could have gotten. Brice (Or Bryce) acted as if our questions were bothersome and even ridiculous, he rushed thru the sale, and ultimately did not leave us with a good experience. Every single question was blown off or dismissed as if we should already know the best price or feature or plan. Definitely not what you're looking for when you go to spend $1300 on a phone. We all have bad days, but this guy doesn't belong across the table from customers. It was appalling.

technician was very unprofessional. called two days before scheduled installation at almost 9 pm…read moreand questioned why I was sleeping at that time. continued on asking to come on the next day prior to the scheduled day to instal. when I told them no I would not be there got really rude and hung up. on the day of install I waited 4 hrs before the same technician called which the scheduled install time was within those 4 hrs. technician stated he had to get supplies and he was 30 minutes away from my property. I barely hear the technician due to the background noise sounded like he was at a bar. so he was going to be another hour at least. He sounded like he was under the influenc. I told the technician I was going to reschedule and he didn't have to come to my property because of his attitude and how unprofessional he was. he then got upset so I hung up on him. the technician then texted my phone statlong "that is DEFINITELY fine with me! Thank you" I called both vision quest and hughsnet to report this problem. After doing so I found out the technician lied and said I was cursing him out and was yelling at him. I never yelled at him nor did I curse at him. I did thank him for his text message and told him he was a liar and I never swore at him and was going to make sure hughsnet and vision quest knew the truth I'm waiting to hear from vision quest so I will update this review of the findings. I'm a prior small business owner and it sad that a technician can make a company look this bad
