To say I was shocked is an understatement. Since when did cash become this depreciative that you have to pay a fee for using it in America? I mean, yes, cash has been fluctuating in value for years but it's still one of the highest forms of payment and it's not going away anytime soon. I just can't see why we have to pay a fee for cash payments at Verizon. Apparently this is only at the authorized dealers and not the corporate stores. Also, I don't get the whole "fee for payments" ideology with any of these companies anyway. I'll go back to automatic payments. It was so much easier. Just thought to make an additional payment since I was near the store.

After my visit to the store in the Garden District assaulted my sensibilities I tried this one. I am so happy I did. Tyra was kind, patient, answered all of my questions, and I kept waiting to hear about the questions she had to ask me first. Little did I know that whole conversation with her was all about her determining my needs. She then showed me my options. I was even told about purchasing accessories for my phone as well as my daughter's phone. Needless to say when she told me my total I had no problem at all passing my card to her. I had a lovely customer experience and will definitely make this location my new store.

It's rare indeed that a customer service agent at a utility company appears to be on your side, but that is always the feeling I have here. I recently had a number of issues with my account, and the kind workers I spoke with gave me sound advice and did all that they could to work through the kinks. Now, the service through AT&T itself has been spotty lately, I won't lie. I've had to reset the router more than once. But when it comes to customer service, they are top... and worlds better than Cox. Wifi is quick too, even if it cuts out a lot. Thanks for hiring good people, AT&T.
