Despite oil changes being scheduled weeks in advance and showing up on time, I always waited at least 3 hours for my service to be completed. The final nail in the coffin, though, was when I showed up with tires they had installed that balded completely on the outer sides in the rear within a short time. They refused to take any accountability and told me this was "normal" if I drive on poorly maintained roads (I don't. I live in the downtown area of Moscow and work from home -- I drive maybe three times per week and less in the winter). I was told that day that Brady Bain, the service manager, was out and would call me. He never did, so I called and left him a message, but he never responded. I received an automated message from Brady asking me to rate my service, so I emailed him back to say I would still like to talk. I also gave him some options based on my availability; however, I never heard back. I'm still very disappointed with my experience at Rogers Subaru of Lewiston and would have appreciated any communication with their manager to address the situation. Today, I would never recommend going to them. I went out of my way for years to drive up to Lewiston from Moscow to get my car serviced here, and now I realize what a HUGE waste of money that was, terrible service, and it seems they probably messed up my alignment when I bought new tires from them previously, hence the balding. Then said ok good to go, started engine right away oil light is on and beeping. They said oh just needs reset, after reset still light on and beeping they recheck oil not hardly touching dip stick will try adding more oil. Sorry but somebody needs go back to auto school.
