I would give no stars if I could. Went in for something simple: pay my bill and get a receipt. No one acknowledged my presence the entire time I was there. And no other customers in the store seemed happy. One elderly man was on the phone with tech support and I heard him say no one in the store would help him. Stay away from this store. read more

Horrible horrible wait time for service, after waiting for over 3 hours as if my time means nothing to get home to a phone that doesn't work, no customer service available and the associate whole personality changed to becoming aggressive and unfriendly after my time was not valued and wasted . I said Hello back and I guess she didn't hear me so she rudely repeated "hello" back to me just after I let her know what my visit s was concerning as if she were forcing me to greet her back even though I didn't know that she didn't hear my greet the first time. read more

Terrible service. Mid upgrade and the employee that was helping me told me that she just received an email from her manager who was sending everyone home for the day due to the weather. I assumed she would finish assisting me before doing so (like her coworker was with another customer) but she refused to complete my service as "it would take too long." read more

Be careful when choosing to go to this location. After declining a warranty charge verbally, the attendant proceeded to add this to my monthly Verizon bill without permission. After bringing this up to Verizon, they acknowledged there was no permission given but refused to refund the money taken out for the warranty. It's a small store but they can order the model of phone you might want... but it's not worth going here for the hassle of being lied to. read more

My family and I's experience with this location of Verizon has been absolutely awful. From the start of switching from ATT to Verizon I had wished we had never switched or went through a Verizon corporate store. On the first day they didn't have 2 out of the 4 phones we were getting which was fine. We're told to pick the other two on Wednesday, however the lady at the counter ported the wrong phone number so that caused lots of problems and we were unable to get our phones until Friday and couldn't activate til Saturday. Then the girl at the counter lied to her boss about telling us there was $160 in activation fees, which she forgot to mention during her sales process. We finally get all of our phones working are wondering about the 1st bill and download the app to find out our bill was $500 when they told us our bill would never be over $320 for the first two months and after that our bill would be around $260. After about 3 weeks of back and forth reluctantly they fixed our bill to $320. The next month we look at the bill and it's $400, not surprised to find out it's because they set up our whole plan wrong. After about a week our bill is fixed to $320. Month 3 we get the bill and this is supposed to be the month we get our buy one get one credits back for the last two months so our bill is supposed to be ultra low but to no surprise it's $320, decided to deal directly with Verizon corporate on this one and come to find out this store never actually gave us the BOGO deal we were supposed to get. So month 3 bill is $248 still higher then what we were told the 3rd month would be. But finally our bill going forward will be $278 which is still higher then what we were told but it's better then before. To top it off we're supposed to get 2 $200 gift cards from porting over from ATT and still haven't gotten either gift card because they messed up setting up our phones. So we got the plan 12/8/19 and today is 02/04/20 still no gift cards and bill is still higher then what we were told. I do NOT recommend this store. I would never come back to work with these people. (Btw they gave my wife a charging phone case that's supposedly $200 "as a courtesy" for the inconvenience, here's a shocker for you the case doesn't even work. read more

Had occasion today to update my iPhone at TCC Verizon on 7mile in Livonia Marketplace. Was assisted by "Gabriel" who was 1. The only salesman in the store and 2. He was serving 3 customers at once and keeping us all happy. Very kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Ended up with XR, otter case,screen protector and dual charger for $200 and my payments went down substantially. Good people! read more

I went to your Livonia, MI store last night and had a completely horrible experience! They LIE to the customers who are upgrading/getting a new phone and tell them that this "bundle" is included when they are purchasing their phone. Then they sell you an OVERPRICED case, OVERPRICED screen protector, and some BS insurance thing in case your phone gets wet!! THEY DON'T EVEN TRY AND OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR BUYING ALL THREE OF THESE THINGS!! When my husband saw right through the guy, and asked for the the price of JUST the phone minus this "bundle" the guy literally said: "he didn't know, they don't sell it that way", he got his manager on the phone, my husband gave him a piece of his mind on the unethical sales practices, and then and only then were we allowed to buy just they phone without the other inflated BS! I understand that the add-ons are what make the profit in the cell phone business, but outright LYING to the customer, NOT COOL. I completely understand the pressure not to sell these phones "naked", but when you tell someone they HAVE to buy something, instead of offering it as OPTIONAL add-ons like they truly are, you really cross the line. Being lied to is no fun, and if the guy wasn't trying so hard to make a fool out of me, I may have voluntarily purchased a case, I always do. Please look into your sales practices, as I am telling everyone I know about the way you treat your customers, shame on you! read more

A few months ago, my year old LG phone was no longer functioning. Clinique spent a lot of time with frustrated me trying to get it to function, then explaining the insurance program to replace it, then showing me new phones and helping me identify the one I want by listening to my requirements and showing me how each phone handles it. Lawrence was helping another customer, but was also helpful. I chose Samsung Note 10. When they didnt have it in stock, Clinique found the closest location that did have it. I only wished she got the commission. I travel outside my area to go to the 7mile location because I always have a good experience there. I never wait long and they are attentive to my needs. The atmosphere is chill/low pressure and professional. This doesn't happen at other locations (which I leave reviews for). Knocked a star off because they didnt have the phone in stock. It was a popular model. The store shouldnt let that happen, but I will continue to use this location as my verizon store even though it is 30 mins away. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE! worst customer service, terrible products and they have a 30 day money back guarantee "they say" and they dont. I bought a case a week ago it's been in the box except to try on a wireless charger, and they told me it was super scratched all over, likely because someone else returned it before I bought it. I'd rather drive 10 miles out of my way than to have terrible customer service. The "manager" is not involved at all, it's never busy and I wondered why because Verizon is always busy, but this place never is!!! Don't go to this place whatever you do! And I'm not writing this review for "free" stuff it's a true honest reveiw. There is only one person there that's good and I hope he knows how good he is and leaves that horrible place before it goes out of business!!! read more
