I had some sand stuck in it somewhere and they were able to fix it using an air gun. Now, that's great customer service! I was tired of bringing it to the Apple store for the $160 repair. I hate the long lines and having to drive to the town center. Especially now with all the traffic with the new restaurants that have opened up. It's not very convenient being I live in Ponte Vedra Beach. I'm so glad I found this little repair shop at Milkers Circle. I love supporting small businesses especially when they are efficient. I called Saturday to make an appointment. I brought in my phone a half hour later and was told it would take 30 minutes to fix. They staff were so nice and I had my phone back in 3o minutes as promised. Cracks are gone and the phone works great! They also guarantee their work for a year and they're $40 cheaper than the Apple Store. I always love a bargain. Lol. I highly recommend IRepairFast for all your electronic needs. Take back to store, they say they can't figure out what is wrong - take to Apple or Best Buy (did not charge). Two weeks later, when iMac was sitting on shelf, screen falls off - hitting other iMac and shattering screen. Called store brought it in. After 24 hours, they called to let me know they would replace screens at "cost" - but I would have to pay. They accused me of dropping iMac and since they had never seen this before, could not possibly be their fault. Told me owner would call me - 7 days later, no call. Take your computers or iPhones to Apple or Best Buy where they will stand by their work and probably not blame you for their mistake.
