I have three different times placed orders for ​a phone upgrade. It takes 3-4 1/2-1 hour calls to get things handled. The orders are frequently cancelled without reason, even though all payments were completed and paperwork signed. Then, I get the order re-done, and it is canceled again. With nothing sent to me to tell me it is canceled. The website and the app have completely different information than what I am told on the phone, and each person I talk to tells me something different than the previous person...sometimes on the same call. I most recently had two orders cancelled on the galaxy z fold 8, which I had pre-ordered, each time I had to call in several times to do it...it was to have been delivered today,but it was inexplicably cancelled and they were not able to do the order again. Now I have to wait 2-3 more business days to call yet again to determine why this is happening and to see if the order can be redone. Meanwhile,my billing statement shows that I owe over $2000 on my existing phone, which clearly reflects the new phone, as .y old one is paid off. I am FED UP. ​i am tempted to cancel everything and go elsewhere.

Chris gave us recommendations on which iPhones we should get and set up our service and our phones for us. He overheard me talking about working out with my boyfriend and how I wanted to get an Apple Watch soon. So Chris gave me a SIM card that I can use when I get an Apple Watch and it will be able to connect to my iCloud. Thanks! Chris was also helpful to my mother whom has a few health issues and needed to sit down. He got her a chair and she was able to sit down comfortably and conduct business. Barb, whom I believe is the manager, was also very friendly! She gave us some goody bags too! T-Mobile also seems to be a lot less expensive than AT&T, so I'm happy with our decision to switch services and I'm glad that we came into this particular T-Mobile store!

They said they could save us a bunch of money on our plan Without changing anything on the plan. We ended up losing. Our bluetooth hot spots and a bunch of other features that we did not want to lose and because we were grandfathered in on the old price to add them back.It ended up costing Us more money to add the stuff back to the plan.Then it originally cost us. I took it in to the Verizon store and they kindly told me it was all over and I should look at picking up a used phone - it seems the Note 2s are going cheap on eBay. But then I was directed to GetMoe and on the SAME DAY I took in my dead phone, Moe had it back and running! Like MAGIC! I used to manage a technology store where we did in house repairs, so I know a little of what is involved. Moe did a fantastic job and he had the tools and parts needed to service all the big brands. If your cell phone is busted - go see Moe! NOTE: GetMoe may not be open right at ten am. Call ahead if you're making a trip to the store, and make sure they're open.

For various reasons, I did not want the plan because I am happy with spectrum. After a 15 minute wait in which the initial salesman consulted with another gentleman, that gentleman came over and introduced himself as the store manager. He asked what the problem was and why weren't we interested in the internet plan. I explained I wasn't interested and let's move on to the phones. He said he had to talk to me about the internet. I said I was not interested at all. He said he was not going to argue with me but when I came in to discuss phone service, it was tacit agreement by me that he could discuss the internet. I again explained I wasn't interested in it. He continued to pursue the internet and I said thank you I'm leaving. I would give both of these sales professionals, and I say that with absolute sarcasm, zero stars. If this is the way AT&T is. I just have to shake my head. Nobody should ever go to this particular AT&T store.
