A week later, they come to our door for an installation appointment that we never agreed to. I told the installer that we never agreed and he tried to walk by me to start the installation. I stopped him and told him to get off my property and all he did was smile at me. I asked if he understood me and he mumbled something and finally left. Do I need to call the police? I've had service for about 2 years now. Only the internet. No TV. I use my own Asus router…read more Comcast was giving me a very bad connection with 300+ pings and disconnects. Metronet is more stable with a low ping in the 50s or less. The install guy did a decent job he ran a CAT5 cable along the siding up into the addict. Though we needed another guy to come back out and put new ends on the cable. Service goes down about 2-3 times a day. Service people on the phone say it's losing power. Might be the power supply or the box outside. Then the service tech comes out and says it's your router because it's not metro-net's router. So this won't be resolved. I can't go back to Comcast, because it was worse than this. But I wish it was better.

I came into the store to get a phone number that was in my name in order to receive pressing…read moredocuments. I didn't need this phone number to send more than 2 texts- maximum. Brady Bollinger, the sales representative, assisted me, and assured me that I was receiving the cheapest plan possible. I went to cancel my account, and Brady had actually set me up with the Rolls Royce plan- hotspot, unlimited data, 5G plan etc. I used less than 11 Kbs of it total. When I went to cancel over the phone they let me know that this was irreversible and that they couldn't do anything about the cost. I had the number for less than a few weeks. When I called the store to discuss it with Brady he was dismissive. Be sure to ask a lot of questions if you find yourself at this store.
