He started by trying to repair my phone, or at least update it for a little more service life. When we could see that it would only be a temporary fix, I decided it was time for a new phone. Dave walked me through the entire process, from choosing a phone, to making sure all data transferred correctly. Dave suggested apps that would be for my interests. He gave me suggestions for a case AND , helped me set all new passwords. Five stars Dave. I really appreciated that you listened to me! I have had help from other men too, when I need a repair. Chris is another tech that was above and beyond. Thanks to all of you men. One other thing I observed, that we're all very attentive to the other customers and VERY patient.
