When we walked into the store, there were several customers waiting and only one worker. What was surprising is that all the customers were in good spirits and everyone was chitchatting. That was nice. David, the gentleman working, was pleasant with everyone and working diligently. When it was our turn, David was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with me as I had a difficult time understanding an option. He was extremely helpful and activated our new account, ensuring we walked out with three working telephones. Better yet, David insured to maximize the promotions and discounts so our monthly bill is approximately $30 less per month over the other carrier. Saving $$$! Based off of my experience today, I strongly recommend this location and more specifically David.

I was with StraightTalk for years and never had issues and will be going back to them. I NOT ONCE GOT even half the speed I paid for for internet! The cell service is spotty at best! I missed 1 payment because my grandmother had brain surgery and I was out of down and they charged me multiple late fees and CONTINUED TO CHARGE ME LATE FEES EVEN AFTER I PAID MY BILL AMOUNT!!!
