This past Sunday, my three-year-old son and I went to return an unused car battery that we had originally paid for in cash. The clerk initially said they didn't have enough cash to process the refund and suggested coming back another day. I offered alternatives, including using my debit card, and was told there was enough cash in the store but that it had to come from one register, which is why they said the refund couldn't be processed. I also offered to drive to another nearby store within reason if that would help, but was told that was not an option either. When I asked to speak to a higher-level person, that individual's response was, and I quote, "Just give him the money and get him the F#%$ out of my store!" This was said in front of my child and another parent with a young child waiting in line. The refund was then processed in less than a minute. About 30 minutes later, I called the store to follow up calmly and express my disappointment. I was told I could be put on hold until the manager was available. I waited a day to see if anyone would reach out before posting this, but did not hear back. The use of harsh profanity by management in front of young children crossed a line and is completely inappropriate in a customer-facing retail environment. Otherwise, this is a store I regularly visit without issue.

If you don't, you get yelled at that they told you 3 times to return the box, and when you do and tell them that they did not tell you to return the box, the person at the counter again yells at you says not to disrespect him and that he is not afraid of you. The insurance company wanted to settle her claim at 1/2 the replacement value of her van and would "total" the van! It only had a slight dent to the rear right corner and busted tail light! After quite a go around with the insurance carrier we, with help from the staff at Bosco's were able to secure complete repair without a penalizing "salvage" title and the van looks great!
