I realized that the screen they provided wouldn't be of the same quality - resolution wise the difference was apparent - but I didn't think it would break completely on it's own. Within a week the screen (without any sort of impact) started to crack. Concerned, I took the phone in to see what could be done. I was told that the warranty did not cover cracks in the screen and the screen could only be replaced if it wasn't functioning properly - the man there told me because the crack hadn't damaged the way it worked nothing could be done. A week later I brought the phone back to the store because the touch screen was no longer responding correctly. I was then told that the crack in the screen was causing it to malfunction ( the opposite of what had been told to me less than a week earlier) and that nothing could be done. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he would not be in for 10 days (after my warranty expired). I was given no other recourse than that. I have never experienced such horrible and poor service. In addition, I was lied to directly by one of the workers. During my first visit I also asked to speak with the manager - and a younger looking man told me he was the manager and couldn't do anything more to help me. The second time I went in, the same young man told me he was not the manager, but the actual manager wouldn't be in for over a week. Cell Doc did not adhere to their own warranty policy, used cheap replacement parts and offered nothing but poor quality service. I would NEVER go there again and recommend anyone to stay far away.

He told me $55 for a new battery and he could do it right then and it would only take 15-20 minutes. Considering the Apple store requires leaving your phone and costs more I gave it a shot. The place was on a major road and easy to find and true to his word, the job was done in less than 15 minutes. In addition, he replaced my rear facing camera for just $30 and now my phone is as good as new. Nice guy, skilled repairman, good customer service and competitive pricing makes me give 5 stars and my strong recommendation. He fixes Android phones too.
