She went above and beyond for me, and even fixed what I needed w/ the SIM card. I don't have to return to either store - just to give Rebecca a call once I get a confirmationn e-mail from AT&T. Yay! The store was nice, clean and well organized. The other customers seemed to be happy with their service as well :) I'm hoping that T-Mobile's (toll free phone) customer service is as great as when I had them as a carrier years ago. I had a few bumps along the way from the phone number and the phone itself which I worked out with a very knowledgeable person on the phone to help solve my issues. I wish I new the where the man worked out of but his name was Mike. He jumped hoops and gave me so many discounts I was like where did this guy come from..he had me up and my account was at an discount better than going into the store. He even stayed on the line as I went into the T mobile store for the help he couldn't do on his end. After in which the man at the store couldn't do he gave me the discounts a few days later to offset what they wouldn't do at the store.. thank God for this gentleman as he saved his company from me going to Verizon. There are businesses that you look forward to visiting but cell phone repair venues well ... you just hope they know what they are doing, are able to complete their work timely, and perhaps have prices below the price you think they are going to charge. From my very first telephone call to UBREAKIFIX in Glassboro New Jersey through my saying goodbye as I walked out with my repaired cell phone I received nothing but superb, friendly, and professional service from the staff at this repair outlet. I should mention that they are a Google authorized repair shop, which is good news because if they weren't around I'd have to ship my phone to Google and wait for them to ship back to me. So I was doing a happy dance right from the beginning and if you've seen me do a happy dance well you won't find it on TikTok. The shop itself gives the appearance of professionalism It's clean It almost reminds me of an optician's office. Although you cannot see the workshop you just feel comfortable and leaving your phone or tablet with their team. And, As I type this review on my now repaired cell phone I could swear that the screen is clearer and easier to use than the original one that came with the phone. Finally, the cost was much less than I expected. My daughter had cracked her cell phone and she gave me the estimate for repairs. My iPhone stopped functioning inexplicably and I was hundreds of miles from home, having just flown in for my grandfather's funeral. This Verizon shop is across from the funeral home so I came over to get my phone fixed when I had a chance. I was welcomed into the shop with hospitality and warmth, my iPhone got all taken care of and I was even able to use the desk phone to make some calls to my office to sort out the new phone.
