Took it in with corrupted Windows error; they said they would re-install after backing up my data & should take a couple hours. Nope, not done that day. Days later I had to call them & they said they had a 'guy' who would be in the next day who could do it. Next they call me that my hard drive is bad, so I authorize $150 for a replacement. Few more days they call me that my motherboard is fried--A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PROBLEM THAN WHAT I TOOK IT IN WITH!!! The person who works here happened to have a replacement screen already in stock, so we were in and out in 30 minutes. I sent some LCD's in during the beginning of August and I have still not received my payment for them. I was sent a offer for $85 and accepted, but after providing my address I never received my check!! I called (got voicemail every time) and emailed numerous times and never got a response. Finally I faxed a typed letter threatening to go to the BBB and possibly seek legal counsel since I had not received my money and I got a timely response from Joseph who apologized for the delay of my payment, but then insulted my intelligence by telling me the economic status in China was the reason they hadn't responded to my emails or calls. He basically told me to get real and relax as if it was no big deal it was taking almost a month to receive my check. Remind you by this time I'm sure my LCD's have been refurbished and sold to other people. He promised my check would be in the mail on Wednesday September 9th, 2015. It is now September 22, 2015 and I still have NOT received my check. Last time I checked it does not take over 7 days to receive first class mail from New Jersey to Virginia. Sad part is I have purchased LCDs for the purposes of repairing phones from these people and never once had an issue. I guess they are good at taking money, but not good at paying what they owe. I will never do business with them again and I will be reporting them to the BBB.
