I was having a hard time grasping the issue with my phone line, but he patiently explained it in different ways until I understood. Sky also helped me understand the protection plan and how it's actually layered so you can save money by buying only the parts you want. I didn't even know this was an option. One thing I immediately noticed was a woman about to conclude her interaction and was speaking praise to the gentleman she was working with (Peter.) Once concluded he immediately asked if I needed help and he did in fact really help me. Whilst he was getting to the crux of my issue he ended up changing my plan (which saved me $$ with no compromises at all.) I also heard the other salesperson with his client helping them aid their decision (reducing their costs as well.) While I still have some decisions to make going forward Peter helped me far beyond what I could find online on my own and via Verizon customer service chat. 100% will be coming back to this location because the experience was nothing but positive and judging from the experience of the woman before me and the client with the other salesperson this will be my Verizon store from here on out.

Super unimpressed…read more FIRST, we get there, and although the hours on the door say 8pm, and besides the fact that there were 4 employees there, they stated that they were closing at 5 due to "lack of staff." Second, you check in on their little system, then stand around and wait. I was told there were 4 people ahead of me, so I asked if they send you a text when you're next or whatever, and they told me no. So, we just stood around for 25 minutes while they handled the other customers. Third, no one here knew what the fuck they were talking about. They checked my account, found out I had the $17 a month phone protection package, then told me that it was "about $125" to fix my screen. (This information formed my opinion to just upgrade, which is probably what they wanted anyway....but more on this in a second...) I found out later, through my own damn research of reading the fine print, that my repair would have only been $29. NOT "about $125." About that upgrade.....before I came in to the store, I checked online to see what was available to me, and ONLINE, Verizon said they would offer me "$425" for my DAMAGED phone, if I upgraded to an iphone 12. (I didn't see an option to go for a 13). But, when I went to the store, they said they would give me "$51 for the phone outright, or $100 for an upgrade to iphone 12, or $300 for an upgrade to iphone 13." I told him about the online price, (complete with screen shots), and he was like, "well.....uh....do that. Yeah, I can't offer that here." SO, we leave, and I go home to do the damn upgrade myself, and when I inquired ONLINE about an upgrade to an iphone 13, they gave me EIGHT. HUNDRED. DOLLARS. WTF was the store talking about? They were going to, AT MOST, give me $500 LESS than that.....after OVERcharging me about $100 for a repair that I had insurance for. One dude had 3D glasses on as his all day glasses. The "manager" was more concerned with locking up the phones in the safe than she was with helping anyone standing around waiting to be helped. The protein bro that WAS initially helpful, wrapped up with a customer, then went to the back for a GOOD 20 minutes, leaving me with employee #4, who gave us a hard time because the account is under my wifes maiden name, and he wouldn't help us until we produced SOMETHING with that name on it. A complete and utter waste of time coming here, and I got off lucky. At BEST I would've been overcharged $100 for a repair, and at worst, would've left $500 on the table for a trade in. Just terrible.

Seemingly nice enough, but their unscrupulous tactics and general demeanor after I returned have me…read moresoured on any "authorized retailer." If you're in search for a new phone, provider, etc., don't stop here. Initially, I made a mistake common of many folks, going to a kiosk labeled "Verizon" without realizing that it was an "authorized retailer" designed to siphon just a little more cash out of you on top of the usual. After initially being very nice, many phones were not in stock, and added services (insurance, data transfer) were added essentially without consulting me. After I realized what was occurring (namely the data transfer) I asked them to stop because it wasn't necessary (all of my data is already in the cloud and I can add apps like any brainless idiot without paying 30 dollars). Other charges were added to my bill that I did not realize until I contacted Verizon. Finally, they often do not have sales which match or are the same as regular Verizon stores. So, next time you need to go to "the verizon store" make sure you find a real one and not this garbage store.
