One of the worst experiences ever. After having one Verizon store mess my account up, and having customer service tell me and help me fix it, I walk into the store to do as I was told by customer service and Julius the store manager STILL charged me the $70 in a return fee after the customer service agent said it would be waved. The guy I encountered walking in and the GM I worked with, were all incredibly rude. Definitely stay out of this Verizon!! They don't value their customers at all and clearly don't give a crap about your happiness. read more

I have to rave about Cesar a Verizon I think I spelled his name right. In Avondale Arizona. He was so courteous and nice I felt like I was in another world because you don't get that kind of respect anymore and I truly appreciated all his help because not everybody knows about phones and what they do especially is older folks like me. So I'm going back into Verizon Friday to buy a Bose system because he was so cool I really like that guy I told everybody about him if you want a good decent guy go to that guy no pressure just a regular nice young man. read more

My partner and I received the worse service from Verizon recently, both of us have been with Verizon for close to 20 years. My partner dropped his phone and the screen shattered, he stopped in at this location to see what could be done since we do not have the insurance on our phones. There is still a balance left on the broken phone, the representative who helped him gave him 3 options, the first was to purchase the insurance right there an then and in a week come back and put in a claim against it, we did not go with this option as it did not seem right to do. The 2nd option was to purchase a new phone on the payment plan but we would still have to finish paying on the old phone as well. The 3rd and last option was to purchase the phone outright at that moment ($900 phone) and the remaining balance on the broken phone ($320) would be taking off the bill and we would not have to pay for it since we just purchased a brand new phone from them We opted for the last option as it sounded good. Well 2 weeks later when we received the bill the old phone payment was still on the bill so we contacted the 800 number for customer service and was told that they could not assist us and we would have to go back into a Verizon store to have it taken care of. We went to a different store since it was closer to where we lived and the customer service agent advised that we could go to that location and they would help. Well when we showed up at that location and explained everything to the representative at that location we were told that they could not help us and we would have to go back to the original store to get it taken care of. So off went to the original store alot further to our house to have it taken care of. When we got there the original person who helped us was there and we waited until he was available, after explaining the situation this person than said OH NO I never said that and basically called my partner a liar even though he told him what he had advised him to do 2 weeks prior with the different options. When a supervisor finally came out and my partner went over the whole scenario of what was going on and how their representative basically lied to my partner to make a big sale and collect his commission the supervisor said there was nothing she could do. So after 20 something years with Verizon I think it is time to find another carrier and say good bye to a company that will only rip off their customers to collect a nice commission and lie to the customer. Also any further contact while we are in a Verizon store will be recorded so we can play back when we are lied to. read more

We went into the store for an upgrade there was no wait to get seen. Once we got seen and decided on what we wanted they began to have issues with their computer system. Paul who was helping us was very friendly and knowledgeable. They ended up trying to get their system to work until the store closed we were unable to finish that night. Paul told us he would keep our items and that he would come in early and finish the process so all we had to do was to stop in sign and go. We received a phone call the next day from Paul about 10 min before the store opened saying that he had finished the paper work. So when the store opened we went right in to Paul and he had it all ready to go. He had even put the case and screen protector on the phone. I really appreciate the customer service provided by Paul and everyone else in the store. read more

After having a used car experience at another Verizon location I decided to bring my business and $$ to this location for a try. Had the pleasure of dealing with Robert Lemus, he was friendly, explained everything, did not push after I told him what I wanted and did not want, and courteous. What a nice change. I will be back to see him for any further phone needs. read more

I was trying to move company over and I have had the worst experience with the GM making comments and a girl with huge eye lashes talking to me rude like if I'm not knowledgeable about phone or how retail company work . Dan is the only one who is very kind and very a people person he took the time to listen and help me out but unfortunately I been having trouble with there customer service number as well. being transferred a million times and getting no help or no answers. I had great service on 4/17/16 with Devin he is a nice guy and a good salesman the only gripe I had was it took me two days to get my service due to their system glitch. Overall I am happy with the service I received at the store as well as my cellular service. I would say maybe some of the other salesmen may want to stop walking around blasting music on the portable speakers while they are working it is very distracting and makes it hard to hear anything when your talking to other salesmen. You are at work not a club save the music for when your off work. read more

This verizon location is horrible. The customer service is a NEGATIVE 5 stars. The employees are rude and only see dollar signs rather than assist their customers and provide a great cellular solution. I like Verizon and think they are consistent. However, the sales team at this store remind me of car dealers. I never thought they were going to try and sell me this 150$ per phone accessory package with my new 0 down phones. I kept asking this saleswoman about the zero down and she wouldn't even acknowledge it. She kept smiling and flirting with me thinking I was a moron lol. I had to get the manager "Daniel" who was not much better. I almost left until I insisted about it, got my deal and left. The only accessory I purchased was the screen protector and even then they sold me 2 products, when one of them come with 3 protectors. Not to mention the accessories are less than half the price on amazon or anywhere else. They are trying to rip you off. Verizon is ok, just don't send your grandmother to this place alone because she will come back broke. read more

Do not go to Verizon sounds like a good deal but it always too good to be true. Had a phone bill of 172$ and added 4 GB of data and they jumped my bill 276$ for 4 GB of data with no warning that they are going to cram next months bill onto this bill so theres no fee 100$ is a fee very bad job and highly recommend anywhere else but verizon read more

Worst customer service ever , staff is very disrespectful. Not to mention the unprofessionalism ! One of the sales reps put his hands on me for simply trying to walk in the store a minute after closing. I asked him if I could go in to ask a simple question or if he rather lose a lifetime customer he said he would rather lose a customer, comes to show how this store has 3 stars . asked to speak to a manager and Stephan refused to bring him out until Julius finally came outside and answered my question in a more respectful manner ! Stephan also called another sales rep and told him "hey come shove this guy out of the way " like what the hell is this ? I will definitely switch services by tomorrow morning I'm very disappointed with this behavior that took place ! Stephan was the sales rep that made this a lot more difficult than it should have been, and I could tell he wanted to fight me and got really aggressive at the end once his manager was in between us , sales rep is a disgrace to such big corporation which he represents. The company should definitely train there employees in customer relationships I believe that would help out with these customer service issues read more

I have never been scammed so bad in my life until I came to this Verizon location. They lied about everything. They lied and said it was $200.00 to upgrade my Iphone, only to find out the day after that it was FREE with my plan to upgrade. He said if I upgraded he'd "throw in" a new case and screen protector for free. (he scammed me) There were 2 receipts that printed out... I asked why... he said the one receipt must have printed twice (and he quick shoved it in the bag so I wouldn't see it). Come to find out, it was the receipt for the cover and screen protector (that he said was FREE). He also said there would be a credit of $20 on my bill each month, he lied. There is no credit. I reported the complete deception to corporate and never heard back. It's a complete shame that the location is still open at all. I can't believe they are aloud to do this to people. I went back and returned the products he scammed me for, but that still doesn't take care of the extra $20/m I'll be paying for 2 years. smh This place is horrible. No morals at all... :/ read more

My phone upgrade is available on 1/16, which is 10 days from today. I went in to find out if I could upgrade, and was told by the manager that I would have to come back in 10 days, or I could pay $20 a month for a new phone. Really??? You have a customer that is willing to drop $300 on a new phone, and you're going to send them away and ask them to come back in 10 days. I have been a Verizon customer for 5+ years, but the customer service level at Verizon has become ridiculous. I am extremely disappointed in their level of service and care towards my situation. I spend $186 per month on service, which equates to a little over $2,200 a year. The executives of Verizon Wireless can thank their Manager at this store location for losing me as a customer, and my $2,200 a year. read more

I went to the store to upgrade our phones. I told the rep what phones i wanted, and she told me she would be activating them it would only take a few minutes. After an hour and a half she told me there was a problem and she could not figure it out but that i should leave and she would call me when my phones were ready. I told her that she had already charged my card, and she assured me I would receive the credit back on my card. They did not credit the correct amount back on to my card. I called Verizon and asked them why they did not credit my account in full and they said "they did not know"..... still waiting for my credit. read more
