Then she transferred me to someone that sells home security, and naturally they couldn't help. Instead, they tried to sell me home security. The tech showed up, late. He was unable to set us up for service because our neighborhood isn't set up for Fiberlink. He said he would let them know so they wouldn't bill me. They billed me for $55.32. When I called nobody was willing or able to help, just upsell. I called the phone number that was on my bank account for Century Link.
