    Had to return some equipment. Thank goodness the line was not long. I remember when I picked it up there was nowhere to even stand by a wall. Today, there was only one person ahead of me. We sat down and waited for a very very short time. They called my name, since you have to check in as soon as you walk in the door. The person that helped me was so nice. I wish I had written his name. Not always the case when dealing with customer service. He explained what I needed to do and what steps I was going to take. Very helpful and cheerful. Overall, my experience was a lot easier than I could imagine so they for sure deserve the 5 stars. Thanks!

    61% of my "data usage" is something they refuse to explain or itemize.  HTH, is this even legal.

    Cox internet is terrible. I've never had slower internet with this many outages or lag before

    Way WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! There data overage expenses are REDICULOUS! Just moved to AZ from CA and Miss Direct TV!!!! Wish i could Do NO STAR

    I first went to a T-Mobile at a different location with issues with my 90 yr old mother's phone…read more Without looking at it to see if there was anything that could be done they said they couldn't help. Next we made an appointment with the Apple Store. Let me just say they're not geniuses there. So then we came to this location and spoke with a young lady named Cheyenne(sp). She went out of her way to help us. She explained and worked with us so my mom could use her iPhone. I wrote a review for the Apple Store and said that they should hire this young lady. She's intelligent, empathetic and helpful. Had great experiences at this location. First got help from a young lady named Cheyenne who helped my 90 yr old mother with her phone that an Apple genius couldn't help with. Today 03/04/2026 we went there again since we had such a great experience previously. Today we were helped by two young people. The second person by the name of Genesis. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She made our experience seamless. Anytime we need anything we need with T-Mobile we will definitely come to this location.

    I strongly advise against visiting this store. I was misled about their internet promotion. I…read morereturned the product the very next day, unopened, and was assured that no charges would be applied and that I didn't need to take any further action. However, a month later, I noticed a charge for internet service on my bill. When I went back to the store, I was told that I was supposed to call and cancel the service myself. Had I been informed of that at the time, I would have made the call immediately. No one mentioned that step -- in fact, I specifically asked if anything else needed to be done, and I was told, "You're all set." I'm incredibly frustrated and disappointed. I wish this company valued their customers enough to provide clear information and follow through on their word.

    READ THIS BEFORE GOING HERE…read more This store is not T-Mobile, it's an authorized retailer that is commission based. I've been a loyal T-Mobile customer for over 10 years and came here just to upgrade my phone. Instead, the employee tried to force me into a new plan that would raise my monthly bill by over $35 -- just so he could get a commission. I told the inexperienced salesman multiple times I wanted to keep my current plan, but he insisted I had to switch and even started selling me on watches and tablets... I called T-Mobile directly right there in the store, and they confirmed what I already knew: I absolutely did not need to change plans to upgrade. Only then did the employees admit this is an authorized retailer -- not a real T-Mobile store -- and that they push new plans to make commission. This place wasted two hours of my time, tried to take advantage of me, and nearly cost T-Mobile a 12-year customer over a lousy commission check. It's shady, dishonest, and borderline predatory. If you value your money and time, DO NOT come here. Go to the corporate T-Mobile store on 99th Ave & McDowell -- they don't work off commission and won't try to scam you. This store is a disgrace and shouldn't be allowed to operate under the T-Mobile name. I'll be reporting them to corporate.
