The selection of this shop is pretty good. They got cheap low end CB radios all the way up to the high dollar CB radios. They also have a good selection of amplifiers and decals as well. The prices of this shop are amazingly low. The costs of repairs, upgrades and labor are very reasonable. I rarely ever spent a lot of money at this place. The customer service here is pretty good for the most part. The lady and the younger guy that work up front are pretty friendly. However the older man that works in the back is pretty contrary and sarcastic. I don't think he meant anything bad by it but it can be a little offputting sometimes. In short great selection, great prices, satisfactory customer service but could use little work.

I went to 4Gs and they got me set up with proper cable with connections made on the spot plus a new antenna. Before buying anything online go to 4 Gs and tell them what you need. They have all the new radios and antennas and cables and know how to install and tune. They have all the test equipment to quickly tune an existing set up too. Very professional. Good folks ! I Highly recommend !

When I arrived to the store drop off I was told that I had to wait for an hour with only 2 customers ahead of me. After 20 minutes I called Christopher who came right out from the back and had my laptop registered on ready for repairs. I mentioned to him a lady that was already waiting for over an hour. He also took care of her. Christopher is the face of GREAT customer service! Give him a raise!!! BTW my computer was ready early - really early like 24 hours early and it is working awesome.

    On My 11 my daughter and I went to BestBuy to purchase the new iPhones. The salesman, Jose,…read moreencouraged us to switch to Verizon to get the phones free. He made several guarantees in the pitch. 1) He said our activation fee of $60 per line (we have 3 lines) would be waved; 2) he said they would pay off my daughter's current phone and to watch for it so that phone could be transferred to someone else; and 3) if we get the Verizon app and autopay we'll get $30 off our bill each month. I got the app and signed up for autopay, and two weeks later I autopaid Verizon $281. They did NOT deduct the activation fee for each of the 3 lines. I call Jose on May 22 and he said he would contact his manager Nicki and have her make sure that I was reimbursed. On the 24th, I called Jose again, he texted saying he told his manager and she would fix it today. May 25th Jose texted me and said they were about to look into my account. Later that day he texted it will be "added on Tuesday" to what, I don't know. Here we are two weeks later and the money still hasn't been credited to my account. Also, I had to search in the Verizon app and found a rebate area to prompt them to pay off my daughter's phone. I guess that was not something they were just going to automatically take care of, like he implied- I had to find it and request it.

These repairs aren't typically things you want to give to the lowest bidder. There are mostly Electrical Engineers that perform the repairs, so the repairs are looked at on multiple levels. "Will this work when installed?", and "will it continue to work for the warranty period and many years afterwards?" are the main questions that are asked when parts are repaired by them.

    PCO (PCSlow) sucks. This company is a joke from the owner on down to the person who takes out the…read moretrash. It's a family business, and family employees are allowed to come and go as they please. They continually keep adding to the workload of the employees, and the quotes, and the repairs don't get out for about a month. The family employees work on the few accounts they have, and let the small, and the new accounts go. Customers are having to wait for quotes, and repairs. If you're smart, don't work here. If you're smart, don't take your electronics, and instrumentation here to get repaired. Take your repairs to Haygor, or Radwell. Both companies have locations in Houston, and you will get your repairs done a lot faster. The owner is a liar, who doesn't know what he is doing. He has a pinball machine in his office, and he sits there playing pinball most of the time. He lets incompetent family members take care of the company. This company will never reach it's full potential until the owner, and the family members get off their rear ends, and figure out how to run a company.
