The whole process was quick and painless at the store. My phone worked immediately as we were driving home. We took her SUV because of the distance (my truck gets 1/3 the mileage) so I got to check my new iPhone first. Everything was 5/5 with it. When we got home her phone didn't work. We called Verizon customer care and for some reason my phone was set to activate immediately and her phone was set to activate the next day at 11:30am. We were told it was set up that way in the store? They sent a QR code to my email and her phone worked inside of 5 minutes. The 4* is because of 5* phone customer service and 3* store service. Looking back we should have just had them activate both phones and set them up in store.

When you enter the store you are queued in a line to wait your turn, which I like since there is no fighting who arrived first. You are able to pay your bill at this location. Parking is easy as its next to Olive Garden and Panera Bread.

Rep did everything to try to fix the issue (not able to get 5g), including new SIM card, reset to factor specs, latest update, etc. etc. Nothing worked. The phone was still under manufacturers 1 year warranty. We were told we had to contact Google directly, since we did not buy AT&T repair warranty. Google refused to replace phone despite it probably being a hardware issue. Told us we had to wait for the next software update?!?! Meantime we had an expensive phone that was not working as advertised. Also, told that we had to wait 60 days to unlock a phone that we had just purchased and paid in full! Service Rep said there was nothing they could do about it since it was an "AT&T policy" HELLO... I thought this store was AT & T!
