age where convenience is oft mistaken for quality, it is a rare and resplendent delight to…read moreencounter a service that evokes the golden grandeur of old-world grace whilst embracing the dignified precision of modern sophistication. Such was my experience with this esteemed cahrter, a venture so meticulously orchestrated, one might presume it governed by a royal hand itself. From the very moment my inquiry was received -- not with mere automation, but with the refined warmth of bespoke correspondence -- I discerned a service of distinguished breeding. The arrangement was as seamless as silk woven by celestial looms, with every detail attended to as though it were the crown jewel of the itinerary. The conveyance itself, whether by air, sea, or regal road (for I have partaken of all in various seasons), was nothing short of majestic. Appointments within were adorned with tasteful opulence: no vulgar show of wealth, but a quiet splendour that whispered of dynasties past. Staff comported themselves with the dignity of footmen trained at Windsor,

If there was a 0 star option, that is what Charter Communications in Kansas City would get from me…read more From terrible wifi service in the past, slow streaming even when my download speeds were "good". It would take days for a support technician to come out and fix whatever issue my router, etc. and the wifi and buffering never got better. That's what I decided to stop using Spectrum even though my brother has worked there for over 4 years. They allow their employees to have free wifi and other services. Which leads me to my 0 star. My brother is a disabled veteran, and for the past 6 months has struggled with mental illnering this time frame he had to use up all his vacation/personal time, which led to retaliation from his employers. NOTE: This facility has no Human Resource department. Two months ago, he was unable to go into the office due to health issues and got a note from the Veteran's office here in the metro. They then finally supplied him with the equipment to work from home. About two weeks later he was called into a netting and was suspended without pay. With inflation, poverty rising day by day, rent costs sky rocketing, and Charter/Spectrum Communications of Kansas City decided to suspend a disable veteran because he got Veteran Affairs involved because they were retaliating against his use of FMLA and PTO, which is illegal coming from a BSBA with a minor in Business Law. Do NOT work here. This company looks at their employees as numbers, other than human beings.
