The price is reasonable particularly if you prepay for the year at $550 (about $46 a month). The one downside is the speed is not as great as advertised. In our building, the theoretical max is 1GB but I've never seen it go above 100 Mbps or so in about two dozen tests done sporadically throughout the year.
