I know this may be long but IF YOURE THINKING TO SWITCH TO AT&T DONT !!!!!! READ THIS BEFORE MAKING…read moreYOUR DECISION.... Honestly if I could give it negative stars, I would. I will NEVER have ANY at&t products nor recommend them to ANYONE. I only had them for 4 months and that was because I HAD to stay with them at least 4 months for Verizon to buy them out and me to switch over to Verizon. I had 3 lines with at&t which none of them worked correctly, my line being the absolute worst. I pretty much was paying for services that I was NOT receiving. Days after getting at&t I went to Mexico for a wedding which they boasted about the fact that my phone will work perfectly over in Mexico.... it didn't. Couldn't make phone calls, could not text, and internet did not work.. RARELY did it work when I was connected to wifi and even so like it said it RARELY worked. I thought okay maybe its just because I am in Mexico, NOPE! I had the SAME EXACT issue here in the states. My phone would be SOS mode when I would be in grocery stores, doctor offices, randomly driving, mind you I live in south Florida, Boca Raton to be exact, its not like I am out in the boonies where it is expected to lose service in different areas. I am IN THE CITY with BIG CITIES ALL AROUND ME. Besides the fact that my phone DID NOT WORK and i was paying almost $300 a month, customer serivce was A JOKE, not only on the phone but also in A CORPORATE STORE. I cant even explain the amount of times I went back and forth on the phone and to the store, at the end of all of this it got to where all I could do is laugh because if not I may have gotten arrested. First off the one gentleman in the corporate store is an arrogant "Richard", talks to you as if you don't know anything and pretty much anything you say to him he has a comeback for as if I the customer am wrong. I was also told to go to apple because no way is it on at&t that the phone services arent working that is an "apple product problem" well I called apple and they did tests, unlike at&t, and informed me that it is not the apple device, it is in fact the services and that I needed to go back to at&t. Went back to the store & spoke to that same wonderful gentleman that seems to know everything, and pretty much got told to call customer service, which then customer service told me I needed to go into the store.... ALOT OF BACK AND FORTH BULLSHIT (hours on phone, time driving to store and wasting in store) that I the customer had to do. Had my phone reset, had a new eSIM put on my phone, did a bunch of different trouble shooting with MULTIPLE representatives and still my phone did NOT work. So that is just a jist of what I dealt with with the actual service, which mind you when I was in the store all those times there were also customers in there complaining about not being able to use the phone as well. Now lets move on to the whole FAN "EFFING" PIN !! Sometimes my fan pin would work sometimes it wouldnt and sometimes the customer service rep on the phone would be able to send me a one time code to my phone to be able to discuss my account and sometimes they wouldn't be able to send me a one time code which then they proceeded to tell me the only way I can do anything was to go BACK INTO A STORE and CHANGE MY FAN PIN.... get this...... I went into the store and they told me THEY CANT CHANGE MY FAN PIN I HAVE TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CHANGE IT. This is exactly why I said at the end of this I had to just laugh because if I didn't I would've ended up arrested. I also tried to get into my AT&T app but SHOCKER the user id I had didn't work all of a sudden.. So I put in my email to try to recover it... that email didn't work... the agent in the store told me a different email address they had on file.... that email didn't work HAHAHAHAHA... he was even confused because RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM on his little iPad said the email I put in.... well I ended up putting forgot user id which it then asks for some info and then it told me they would be sending me a code BY MAIL..... BY "EFFING" MAIL which who knows how long that would take but then when I got the code IN MY MAILBOX "x" amount of days later then I could enter that into my phone to recover my account. Long story "short" I switched to Verizon yesterday and I decided to drive to 3 different locations I KNEW I did NOT have any service and phone went into SOS mode with AT&T... I made phone calls to my son to make sure he could hear me and I could hear him as well as sent texts and went on the internet and what do you know, I had no SOS on my phone, I had 4 bars, my calls went through, my texts went through AND I was able to go on the internet. Do with this what you will but I decided to leave a review, which I NEVER do, but the NIGHTMARE I went through the last 4 months, I decided to leave one because had I seen this before going with AT&T I probably wouldn't have. If you're thinking of changing your carrier I highly suggest VERIZON!!!

Ryan was the representative who helped me and he was terrific. He devoted his time to make sure everything was in the cloud and then installed on the new iPad. I bought a couple of accessories from him such as the screen cover to protect the glass and also the Case. I was concerned about the price which was extremely high and compared on Amazon, which of course was cheaper, but it did come with a full guarantee for life and I know he would the screen cover on properly that I wouldn't make a mistake. When he went to charge me the price on the register,It was $100 less money and he also waived the $40 fee for his service because I was buying the Accessories from him. There was an issue with some of the emails not coming through. So I went home and the next day everything installed properly before returning the old iPad to Verizon through UPS I went back to Victra and Ryan helped me make sure that everything on the old iPad was wiped clean. He had a great attitude and was a lovely man to help us. I highly recommend going to the store.

I spotted this small shop the week before asking the proprietor as I walked past whether he sells cell phone covers. He answered in the affirmative. I suffered another week with a less than stellar- that is, torn- cellphone cover before finally coming in. I almost didn't not come in because, in past, getting a cellphone cover usually was a hassle usually where I get told I have to buy a new phone to get a phone case/cover to fit. But this experience was a breeze. It started with being added to unlock my phone screen to verify what model it is. After that, I was walked over ti the shelving (like a built-in bookshelf) where covers that fit my model are. In under one minute I chose two (2) of them. There is no indication the covers I bought are Used. I think they are New merchandise and so glad they are still available in my model size. The proprietary is of small we ords, very professional and professionally dressed, and helpful. I paid by swiping at Checkout counter the way many people now pay for quick-service food. He made a point of thanking me before I left. He and this shop will be told of mind for whatever happens to my phone next.

After only a few days, the replacement screen stopped working properly. We returned to the shop, and they told us that the screen they had installed was defective. They replaced it a second time. Unfortunately, about two hours after the second replacement, the exact same problem happened again. At that point, we returned to the shop and asked them to remove their replacement screen and refund our money. Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, we experienced what we felt was very rude and aggressive treatment, and they refused to give us a refund. We then took the phone to an Apple Store, where we had the screen replaced again. Based on the information we received there, the screens previously installed by this repair shop were not genuine Apple displays. After the Apple Store replacement, the phone worked properly. Because the shop refused to refund us, we disputed the charge with our bank and provided documentation and evidence supporting what happened. The dispute was resolved in our favor, and the payment was returned to us. This review describes our personal experience and the sequence of events as they happened. We gave this business an opportunity to correct the problem before asking for a refund, but unfortunately the issue happened again almost immediately. Based on our experience, I strongly do not recommend this location. I would not trust them with another device, and I would never use their services again.
