I turned in WiFi modem at the store in Oct before I moved to Texas and disconnected my service while I was sitting with the sale associate handed him the equipment and watched him take it back to there back room and I am still being charged for this equipment I have made 4 phone calls to Verizon and keep being assured it's all solved and I won't have to call again I am currently on hold again for the 5th time the last time I called the told me I needed to go back to the store where I turned it in 1800 miles away! Place is absolutely garbage. Do not go here, go somewhere else. Everyone ignores you unless they can sell you somethin. Bought a brand new phone, went back there because the charging port didn't work. The manager just walked around not helping anyone and playing on his phone. I promise you, I never do review. The "Specialist" was not helpful at all and his approach to us was awful right off the bat. He kept trying to push $60 screen protectors on us and when asked if they had other less expensive options, he responded with "these are the best" and didn't show us any other options. Left immediately after and will be searching Amazon tonight thank uuuu! read more

terrible experience. Went in to get a phone upgrade and they sent us home without activating the new phone. We then had to go back to the store and have them activate it. The phone kept asking for a password and we tried every password and none of them were right so the phone locked. It then went into recovery mode and the phone had to be totally wiped. we then had to wait until Monday, because the Verizon stores are closed on Sundays, to go and try and get our phone fixed. They said they couldn't do anything for us and we had to go to the Apple store to wipe the phone. This was some thing that Verizon could do but made us go to the Apple store and wait three hours for an appointment. only for the Apple store to tell us that this is something that Verizon should've and could've done. awful. read more

This is the useless corporate owned business,, I was falsely steered by the NICE franchise in Howell to come here since the franchise doesn't replace batteries. I came, stood outside in heat with an RUDE employee baring the door. I discovered it was "appointment " only. I needed a new battery. Tough cookies, THEY don't do any tech work what a waste of gas and time! Why did I bother? I was told to go elsewhere with NO Suggestions! Fortunately the customer behind me directed me to another local phone repair shop close by so I was able to leave this nasty place. Franchises yes! Corporate Heck No!! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCAL. Lee's road in Brighton and Howell at M58 and Michigan Avenue are the best!!!! To the business manager, reading previous reviews of this place, it seems like corporate has done nothing to improve their customer relations at this location. Bring in the franchise's people, THEY are courteous, efficient and do more for the mage of Verizon then this crew. read more

Buying a phone is a complicated process, especially when it comes to the billing and all of the fees that come with upgrades and what not. It's also frustrating when the employees (techs) do not properly explain that we will be charged x amount for something we switched up on the plan. We had a great convo with the general manager of this store to sort out the confusion, but when we came into the store the following day, one employee had terrible communication skills. It made the experience of purchasing a new phone unwell. I was not a fan of how a certain employee handle our questions, we were being patient and nice & she on the other hand was not. I purchased an I phone 7 and apple was offering an I Pad for $99.00, so I decided to also purchase the I Pad. When I was checking out, Demetrius told me there would be a $40.00 activation fee for the I Pad. I questioned Demetrius several times about the activation fee. He told me " you are still getting a good deal" I bought an I Pad from the apple store and NEVER paid an activation fee. I kept telling Demetrius this. When I got home, I found out the I Pad was also a cellurlar device AND I was going to be billed a $20.00 per month line charge. NEVER did Demetrius tell me this. ( I called Verizon customer service when I got home, because I had a gut feeling something was not right) Demetrius also told me I needed to buy more I Cloud storage because i was using over 9 GB. I just spent over an hour on the phone with Apple support and I tunes . I am only at 2 GB. Either Demetrius was never trained properly or he was just trying to make $$ off me. ?? NEVER will I do business with the Brighton Verizon Store again. read more
