If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased new iPhones here in Febuary and the salesman lied about what our new bill would be. On top of that, we were supposed to get a $100 gift card via email. I waited a month and finally called Verizon where they informed me that the salesperson had the giftcard sent to the "store email" instead of mine. After spending hours on the phone with Verizon and having them tell me I would get a call back, which never happened, someone finally told me to just go into the store where I bought the iPhones. When my wife and I went into the store we first talked to Ken, who was completely useless and very rude. Before I even got finished explaining the situation he pulls out a pad and pen and says "let me get your number, I'll have to do some research and call you back". I said, no I need to get this taken care of now. Nobody ever calls back. He then looks at my wife and says "He's not listening is he?" At that point, I was finished dealing with Ken, Luckily the manager was there and took 5 minutes to "research" and issued me a credit toward my account. Frustrating experience that took way too long to resolve. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere! read more

Dirty store, completely empty, rude personnel inside that are completely useless! I was told I would get no assistance with actual phone malfunctions because the employee repeatedly told me, "I'm a commissioned sales person." So, I leave the empty dirty store with no solution, no working devices, and no one in the place even seemed to care. Needless to say, taking my future business elsewhere. read more

The folks at this store are amazingly professional, knowledgeable and gracious. I have been several times and they always listen closely to what I want and steer me in the right direction and I leave happy. They answer endless questions without impatience or making you feel rushed. Joshua is particularly helpful and knowledgeable. I have even taken my 81 year old mother in for an upgrade from her flip phone (!). He went through all her phone options and plan options and got her all set up with a plan and phone she was happy with. I will continue to return to this location for all our electronics needs because their service is excellent. read more

Don't add extra money to your pre paid accounts!!!!! I switched to sprint with a remaining balance of $39 dollars left in my account to pay for my next months bill and now it is gone.. Demar with Verizon support told me that once you cancel an account any extra money in your account is now their money and you can not have it back. So if you are a pre paid user, never put extra money in your account.. wait until bill is due to add funds and NEVER add more than you need to. read more

Where do I begin... the staff at this location made my experience stress free. In the past it has taken hours at Verizon for me to upgrade on our corporate account, however Lauren made sure to listen to my dreaded fears and had me in and out in about 30 minutes. The team was also extremely helpful. They were warm and welcoming and tentative to the other customers in the store. Overall my experience was a 10/10 I will definitely be heading back to this location for all future transactions. Thank you again Lauren, I am so grateful. read more

I went in with a broken droid that I've had nothing but problems with. They went above and beyond what they needed to do to get me a phone that I am happy with. Worst customer service ever. Verizon customer for 12 years. We wanted to upgrade services and buy new smartphones. The man said we could upgrade plan, but not phones, and prposed an outrageous cost. He acted like he couldn't care less if we were satisfied with the service. We were going to swith to another provider after the experience, but we went home and called the main Verizon number and were able to make the changes we wanted for the prices posted on the website, not twice the price like the guy at this store proposed. This is our second bad experience at this store. We will never shop there again. read more

Customer service was pretty awful. I was "helped" by a man, probably in his mid-late 20s, short. Don't talk to him he is no help!!! My phone stopped working but I am eligible for an upgrade. He took my phone to look at it, but didn't tell me what he was doing, just left.When he came back he said "I can't help you unless you had insurance" for the next few minutes he argued with me about why I should of had insurance. He told me it would cost 200 dollars for a new upgraded phone. I asked about a phone that would not cost anything and he said that was not an option. THAT WAS A LIE! I am thinking about going up there today to get my free phone that he didn't tell me I could have and speaking with a manager. HORRIBLE SERVICE. read more

We went to purchase our older son his first cell phone, wow...although hesitant the gentlemen that helped us explained solutions to all of our concerns. He got us the best possible money saving offer, and a great phone to protect our little man. We often struggle with service at the Georgetown location...ok every time is awful. Upgraded my phone at local Verizon store November 8, 2013. Did not have phone in stock so it was ordered. I received it 5 days later and was unable to activate. Took it to the source store who also was unable to activate. Store received the phone back as defective to be sent back to warehouse and reordered. Received new phone 5 days later, activated and it has been fine since. I began to receive calls from Verizon (warehouse?) about disposition of phone- they had not yet received. They were advised the store took the phone back into stock for defective return. Representative stated they would wait a few weeks to see if it shows up. No more calls but my February bill had an equipment charge of $420 plus sales tax for the first (defective, returned) phone. Went back to store, Manager found original paperwork and transaction documents; advised phone was indeed sent back and confirmed by warehouse. Manager stated my account would be credited for the equipment fee $420 but the sales tax would take another billing cycle to credit. That date was 02/14/2014. My March bill, upon receipt still showed the equipment charge, sales tax, and now late fees. In addition, I am receiving 8-10 phone calls per day from Verizon collection department about my past due balance- that is not due. Went back to the origin store March 6, 2014 and was told the store is unable to assist and I would need to call customer service. I called customer service and because the store was now closed at the time of the call, they were unable to call the store representative to confirm my statement, therefore nothing could be done. I am forced to call back the following day. This is in spite of a case number open on the matter. The case report and notes were confirmed and viewed at the store and by the phone representative but each representative states they need to talk to one another while also telling me that they can't talk to one another without me also calling. This problem was caused by Verizon processes and not the consumer (me) yet I am being severely inconvenienced by having to spend my time and money to make these phone calls and visits to the store several times and walk away with no resolution. This is a problem created by Verizon with the blame and shame being placed on me and my record. read more

I was helped by a young man named Rob. He was very courteous and helpful. He gets a good rating, but the reason I didn't give a five star is because of the manager and his "customer service". Rob helped me purchase an ipad which had to be ordered and delivered to my home the next day. Fedx couldn't deliver because of incorrect or incomplete address. No problem. I called the store and Rob was not in yet so I explained the situation to the person answering the phone and he said I needed to come back into the store. I told him I wouldn't be inconvenienced when the fix was on their side and why not just call and fix the problem. I've been a customer for years. The bill seems to find me every month with no problems! I then asked to speak to the manager "Anthony" who proceeds to tell me that their protocol is to email in a loud and irritated manner. He then put me on hold for a while, (without telling me) and I called back in to see what was happening. He got back on the phone yelling, "I'm trying to help you, so let me do my job" and put me back on hold. I'm not sure who he talked to or what happened, but he got back on the phone a little more humble and stated he would call Fedx and straighten things out, and he did. Now, that is all I asked in the first place. He is definitely not management material to carry on in such an emotional way. I wasn't angry, so he shouldn't of been either. He should have been more concerned about why the expensive ipad I purchased had an issue being delivered. He never apologized for his unprofessionalism. I will never deal with him again. I made a short visit to this store to check out their promotional offers. I visited with a sales person who said if I wanted to take advantage of the offers to either get back with her personally or the one manager she trusted. I think it's sad she can only trust one other person in the store. I worked with that trusted individual, Tausha Green, who worked with me over email and phone and in person countless times answering questions, setting up devices, fixing issues, etc. I went to the store twice when she wasn't there. The first time two salesmen wouldn't help me since I was working with her. The other time the manager, the one that was in his BMW on several other occasions I visited the store, was dismissive and rude. If it wasn't for Tausha Green I wouldn't be a Verizon customer. All personnel at the AT&T store just down the street have been trust worthy, kind, helpful and expedient. That was only true of Tausha at this store. They should consider making her manager and letting her clean house of the rude personnel. I can't recommend this store until they fix it. read more

HORRIBLE customer service. First trip into the store, after waiting an hour, was given two options to replace my phone, which had died. The sales person, Rey, went back and forth into the back office to get "approval" for these two options. Since we had a prior engagement, of which we told Rey about when we first started to work with him, we had to leave the store before finalizing the deal. Rey said he would make notes in our file as to the eligible options. We went back the very next day and told a new sales person, Lauren, of the options Rey had offered. She went back in the office and when she came out she mentioned that she had called Rey and he denied the options. We asked to speak to a manager. The assistant manager, Nathan, came out and we again told him of our experience the previous day and the eligible options. He stated that he had called the manager (before coming out to speak to us???) and he did not answer. So, Nathan told us that he was not able to approve any options and that we would have to wait to hear back from the store manager. We told Nathan that our options were to cancel our contract (2 months out of being renewed) and go to another provider, or get the deals offered the previous day. He again told us that he was not able to do anything. Actually, he did offer us the tip that if you want to cancel your contract that you need to sign on with another provider first or you lose your phone number. When we asked about going to another Verizon store, Nathan stated, Well...it's Sunday. So we leave the store frustrated and call Verizon customer service. The gentleman with customer service was able to solve our problem and sign us up for a new phone and contract within 5 minutes. We will NEVER go back to this store for anything. read more

I tried to have an issue resolved online with an account,.. and they were FAR from helpful,...I bought the phone at Verizon,.. and I was not the account holder,.. The account holder was nowhere to be found,... and my service was suspended by said account holder.. Verizon kept telling me they could not do ANYTHING for me,.. I was told also that the phone was hers,. .but, I PERSONALLY bought the phone. They would not return my money to my account,...I did not authorize the payment,.., AND THEY PRETTY MUCH TOLD ME TO GO JUMP OFF A CLIFF,..THANKS FOR YOUR MONEY BUDDY,..TOO BAD FOR YOU,.IS PRETTY MUCH WHAT I GOT....Horrible customer service....rip-off. DO NOT USE VERIZON,....GO BOOST, AT&T,T-MOBILE,..ANYTHING BUT VERIZON....THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROVIDE LACK LUSTRE SERVICE,.AT BEST. BE WARNED !!!!! Contacted Customer service numerous times...and kept telling me to contact account owner which as I stated, was not possible.....maybe the BBB,would like to know how Verizon operates. read more
