I was sent here by Samsung to get my glitching screen looked at. I was in the building for no more than 3 minutes altogether and a minute of that was spent waiting for someone to come to the front. First off, even after looking at the phone and telling me that's Samsung, I would not warranty. The phone because of the so-called devastating damage to the phone. There was no a the remedy offered as far to look at the phone and tell me what's wrong with it. And how much it would cost? To get it fixed. There was no other options offered to me. It seemed as if the guy was more worried to get me out of the store so he could get back to doing whatever he was doing in the back. Pretty lame customer service, if you ask me. Whenever the guy finally came up front i explained to him that I was sent here by Samsung to have them. Look at my glitching phone front screen am I two months old, samsung Z Fold 6. He asked me to take my phone, protect her. Off the phone so he can inspect the phone. The guy literally looks at my phone and within 30 seconds. He says, oh man, your phone is severely damaged. Which clearly is simply cosmetic on this shaft of the phone. He made it as if the phone was completely destroyed and it can no longer be under warranty. But when you look at the pictures, you can clearly see that is cosmetic scratches on the phone. No damage to the front screen, no damage to the main screen and no major dents in the phone. It seemed as if the guy wanted me to hurry up and exit the building as if I was interrupting whatever he was doing, that was causing him not to be at the front desk.When I first arrived into the building. Needless to say, this is not over. I'm gonna take this to Samsung. And they're gonna look at the situation and get this taken care of but I would not send anyone to this business.. And on top of that, when I was leaving, I guess he calls himself being i'm sarcastic by telling me to have a great remaining the rest of my day. Come to find out: The fee jumped to $75.00 and WAS NOT applied to the repair (replacement power adapter). This is my 2nd time here (first time was years ago to repair a cell phone) this time it was my computer. They were friendly, helpful and did not try to overcharge me. I needed a diagnostic to check and see what parts were not good as this computer was custom built not a factory premade. They charged me half of what another company in town was going to charge me for a diagnostic and gave me a fair quote on the cost to repair it. On 9/29/25 I picked up my computer from uBreakiFix after paying $500 for repair. Unfortunately, the screen no longer worked after their service. I contacted the store but they didn't provide a fix or refund. This was a very poor experience, and I wouldn't return. A bit out of the way but my sons switch stopped working and I was looking for a fix. They say they can fix anything... so I gave them a shot. Not much to say overall... You can make an appointment on line, that part is nice, when I got there the guy was very nice, they took my switch, said they would run a free diagnostics and call me back that day or the next. I had to finally call them after 2 days to see what was up and they told me they hadn't gotten to it yet but should in the next day or so. Ok I'll wait. A few days later they called, and apologized for the delay, and said the charging port was broken and they don't have a guy who can fix that anymore. That they have to go through training to be able to do that and the guy they had was no longer there. No charge, but no fix either. Stay far away from this place. I brought my perfectly working iPhone in to replace a broken screen. After charging almost $400 for this task, they managed to completely, and I mean completely, DESTROY my phone. Gave the now worthless phone back to me with the still broken screen, no apology. Just a 'we don't guarantee we can fix it' comment. Also they stole the screen protector I brought in to put on the phone. I lost everything on my phone. I brought my son's Nintendo Switch to let you examine it and fix it, because it was out of warranty and beyond my ability to fix. You said my device is very hard to disassemble and because of that you scratched it and couldn't get rid of dusts that got in between the screen and digitizer. Well... if it's hard for you, why do you advertise that you can fix Nintendo Switch? That's your problem not mine and I pay money to you trusting your skill to repair it. I paid that money to fix it, not to cause more problem. Also, I could not believe when you said I would have to pay more for fixing the problem that you caused in the process of repairing the device. Why do I have to pay for your mistake? If you made the problem, you should be responsible and fix it. Why do I have to pay extra... I've been to other cell phone repair places before, and unless a warranty requires I go elsewhere, this is now my go to place. More than anything, they're honest, direct, and don't speak down to you. I came in on Thursday afternoon because the original screen protector on my Samsung S20+ had become unusable. I had looked around online and couldn't find the OEM screen protector. I decided to come in here knowing that they're an authorized Samsung repair facility. While we were unable to come up with a solution for me, I learned a ton from the gentleman behind the counter. First, he explained to me that there's no OEM screen protector to sell. He then talked me out of buying any replacement screen protector because of the nature of Samsung's curved screen. He also tried a couple of workarounds to try to get me a new screen, but with no avail due to a parts shortage. In short, this place is honest and knowledgeable. And infinitely more so than any of the big box retailers or the phone carriers' stores. read more

Please do not use this company. It's a literal scam. I went in to get my iPhone screen fixed and 2 weeks later multiple fissures/cracks started to appear all over my phone. You could see the glue appearing between each crack indicating it wasn't put on correctly or a very cheap screen was used. My phone had a protective case on it and was never dropped. I realized that one small fissure appeared and by the end of the day there was multiple. In result of the fissures in my phone, the touch screen does not seem to be correct calibrated making it hard to use my phone at all. I called and spoke to someone who, at the time time, was very helpful. He was apologetic and ensured that it would be covered under the "90 day warranty" that he seemed very proud of. When I arrived at the store location on 3/12 at 12pm it was a different story completely. The sales rep told me that they could not do anything at all since there was signs of damage. I tried to explain the situation and show him that the fissures in my screen were not like normal cracks but were clearly the result of poor craftsmanship and or screen quality. He was not helpful and was rather short, rude and unclear about what he was saying. Thanks to them, I went to fix a small crack in my phone and they left me with something much worse. tl;dr shoddy workmanship, poor communication, false information, I would nor recommend this location, if you have to go through them because of a Samsung or google warranty I'd suggest going to a different location. I called Monday around noon because I needed my screen replaced. I was relived to hear that they had my screen in stock. I asked if I could drop off the phone and have it fixed that day. They said yes, if you drop it off by 5 well have it done before we close. I left work and dropped it off at 1pm. I was told it would be ready by 3. I got there at 4 and was told that it wasn't ready yet and to give them more time. Came back an hour later and was told that they would have to keep my phone over-night because they had replaced the screen but hadn't been able to run diagnostics. Begrudgingly i agreed because i wanted the repair done right. Fast forward 6:15PM THE NEXT DAY! I show up to get my phone and had to wait 15 MINUTES while i overheard two employees making finishing up working on my phone. They had my phone for almost 30 hours and it still wasn't done. I signed and left. Real kicker was the phone wasn't even charged because it died on them while they were trying to finish up. And to top it all off there is now a rattle coming from the top of the phone that wasn't there before. i confirmed that the rattle is present in other s23s, like my coworkers but definitely not as loud as mine. I would nor recommend this location, if you have to go through them because of a Samsung or google warranty I'd suggest going to a different location. read more

Came in with a badly shattered Google Pixel 3a and they were able to fix it within a couple of hours on a Sunday afternoon for $109. Definitely more than I'd want to spend, but after doing some research, it seemed like these folks are cheaper than other places. And my phone was basically unusable it was so cracked. After three weeks I called, and it was not ready, and no one seemed to have any idea when it would be ready. Finally a few days later, it was ready. Took my phone in last month to get my iphone screen fixed for my birthday and came back an hour later and my data on my phone wasn't working. walked back inside and the guy couldn't figure out what happened. So I went back the next day and waited for 3.5 hours in their lobby and they then completely broke the phone. They said they would order me a new one. I don't own a backup or anything but thankfully my sister had her old iphone 6 that barely worked. when i left the second day I was understandably mad, and asked for the managers number and they gave me the store number.... i don't blame the guys working there, i could hear them in the back room talking about how little they get paid and how much they hate working there. Also during the time I sat there waiting other people came in to get their samsung phones fixed because they work with an insurance company and the workers literally told them we don't know how to do that. like wow. so I was without a phone for TWO WEEKS because of these guys. AGAIN i do not blame the workers i 10000000000% blame the higher ups of this business who took over a week to even order the phone. my parents kept calling and you could tell the higher ups weren't telling the manager anything. this business truly doesn't care even if they break your device. They had broken a piece on my phone ($400 cost to them not me for breaking.) and wanted to charge me full price for the original reason I went in (broken screen) and had the audacity to make it seem like it was my fault as the customer and not the technicians. Followed by his general unfriendly demeanor, he made it seem that me wanting to only pay a discounted price for this issue was the reason it always cost him more to fix than he would profit from the sale. Not only was my switch in their store "waiting for parts" for 9 days the lack of communication and the attitude I recieved when I would call to check in on status was ridiculous. I never leave reviews but for this I had to write one. I made an appointment and went to the store off Whitestone to get my phones cracked screen repaired. I need the glass on the back of my phone fixed. The person there said they can not do the service for me, and they do not have the equipment. Which is fine but then he instructed me to visit one if there other locations off Palmer and said they would be able to fix the back of my phone. He said all I needed to do was drive to that shop 20 mins away and they could help. Well I drove to the other shop where a person told me non of the stores can fix cracked phone backs and then said even if they could there would be no apple symbol on the back. That person also said they didn't know anyone that could fix my phone. Well thanks! I just drove all around North Austin to find out iBreakuFix can not fix my phone and I have wasted a whole afternoon. I am back to square one and they lied to me about what they could do. The service was great however, I do not believe the quality of the replacement glass is anywhere close to original. I've had an iPhone for 5 years and have never cracked or replaced a screen. My replacement screen barely made a month and it's in a otterbox commuter with screen protector. If you can afford just to have asurion replace phone do it! Used Asurion insurance to fix phone and a tech was supposed to come fix my phone, after canceling 2 appointments I decided to go to this store on Anderson. Sign on door said they were closed due to a/c and to go to palmer location. Palmer lied and said the repair was sent to cedar park and refused to repair my phone. After going to cedar park we were told palmer store lied cause they just didn't want to do the work. Cedar park store finally fixed my phone after 4 failed attempts. Don't waste your time going to Anderson or palmer locations, worst customer service and Asurion should stop using them. read more
