All other providers went out that morning when they were called. I went into this store to find out how to return a phone and cancel a line. My wife had just…read morepassed, and I wanted to drop her line. Sadly, she only got to use her new iPhone for a few days. (I did not mention my wife's passing as I could not bring myself to speak that; Cancelling her line was difficult enough as it is). I asked the woman at the greeting counter about returning a phone. She wanted me to provide the order number. While I was trying to find it, she asked if I knew where I ordered the phone. I could not remember whether the phone was ordered online or at the store. She implied, without even verifying, that I must've ordered it online and that I would have to send it back via mail. She could've looked up this information on my account but was not interested in helping me. Instead, she turned her back to me and watched what was playing on the in-store television while I struggled to find the information. I got frustrated and just left the store. So, she is getting paid to help customers while this customer, who has been with AT&T since the days of Cingular wireless (20+ years) had to struggle to try and help her. There was not another customer in the store.

Today, May, 28, 2025, I stopped in because my Do Not Disturb wasn't shutting off. I waited 25 minutes (only one employee, David). Then I worked with David for 10 minutes. The store filled up with 5 other people in line. I was then told that I needed to wait at least 15 minutes (I'm waiting now) for a manager to come assist. Shame on T Mobile for not having appropriate staff!! I did confirm with David that he was the only one working at this time. He had a good attitude and said, "That's the way the world is now." I told him that he had a positive attitude and should not be expected to service a store full of people.

Located in the shopping plaza with Costco, I popped in and asked the associates working there what was the best phone they had. He showed me his own phone - the HTC Sensation. It was a little expensive, but in my budget considering that I hadn't bought a phone in over two years.
