If I preferred a brand-new screen, it would cost an additional $50. I asked Ahmad for his honest opinion on which option was best for me, and he recommended the Grade A screen over the new one. I don't know how long it has been at this location, but I've seen similar degradation of customer quantity at other locations that were historically booming so it seems more widely symptomatic than a given location. The employee engagement and customer service at the Rivergate location has been fantastic thus far. In all cases, I was met with friendly encounters with positive outcomes.
