They have an AT&T booth inside for mobile carrier and internet services. Very polite service. Easy transaction. Very big store in a Large Shopping area. Terrible customer service, no communication with customers at all…read more No brought my phone in for a repair on April 25. The first day I went in the employee at the geek squad told me to bring my phone in the next day and that they would be able to fix it the next day. When I arrived the next day a different employee then told me that they did not have the part needed to fix my phone and they had to get it shipped in. Today is may 18 and I am still in the same position that I was when I first brought it in. Almost a month now and I have heard absolutely nothing from this Best Buy location in north riverside. I have called 3 different times and each time they had given me 0 information. The first time I called the employee sounded like he knew absolutely nothing, when I asked if there was a time frame from past orders to reference, he responded with "um I don't think so". The next two times I called both times they told he that the would give me a call back and update repair status, the last time I called they said they would run it straight to the manger and that they would call and update me repair status. To this day I never received on phone call, and my repair status is still the same as the first day I brought it in almost a month ago, which to me shows that everyone at this Best Buy location has no sense of customer service and have perfectly complacent in wasting my time as a customer. Today I finally canceled the work order so that I can take my phone somewhere what can actually do there job and fix my phone. I understand things can be on back order or take time to be shipped and delivered, but not once did I receive any type of phone call or emails telling me such so. Instead they were perfectly content with wasting my time and leaving me wondering when and if I would ever receive a call to get me phone fixed.
