We finished our shopping for the day and swung back by to pick up the repaired IPad. The shop is VERY VERY new, and they are still working to get the shop products on the shelves. Plus, they could have not done on the same day. They would have to order the parts in order to replace my screen. I also called several other chain screen repair shops. They wanted me to come in for a consultation before they would fix my phone. I was getting very frustrated. On Friday thinking I was just going to need to buy new phone with all the prices being between 160 and $200 for a screen repair. Friday, September 20 at 7 PM I decided to look 1 more time. I found this store (I fix and repair) inside the Cornelia Walmart. The store was open until 830. By the time I got there it was 8:05. I brought my phone in and showed the guy the damage. He was pleasant and told me he could get my phone repaired and out the door in about 20 minutes. He was a super nice person. This is a family business. And within 25 minutes he had me fixed with a new screen and screen protector and out the door for under $100. I believe if you would bring a phone to most places, and they only had 1/2-hour before they closed. That they would turn away business. Not this guy, he was like. You give me 20 minutes and I will get you taken care of. It is a small shop inside the Cornelia Walmart. They have accessories and phones to purchase inside their store as well. I would highly recommend him. I will for sure be back to this store. The store has great hours for the working person. It is close and very convenient

I took my chances with him and he did an excellent job. It is now many years later (2024) and I've had to move to a retirement village where we have an IT department which takes care of most of our IT needs. Unfortunately my old, 5SE iPhone which I need because of manual dexterity problems, couldn't be repaired by the new, young tech and ended up in worse shape than before. The floating Home button cannot be eliminated, the regular Home button which had been difficult to push is permanently stuck. It is now Friday evening and I'll have to wait until Monday to somehow get the phone down to Peak Wireless and have Jeff and his crew work their magic on it.

They told me that it will cost $125 and approx 5 hrs to repair. Initially I thought the time and price was fair but not great. Due to time constraints and the convenience of it being down the street, I obliged. Upon receiving my repaired phone, I noticed SEVERAL and I want to emphasize SEVERAL chips and scratches along the interior part of my phone where the glass fit. I brought this to the attention of my sales rep and of course he pretended as if he had absolutely no idea what happened. He proceeded by asking his repairman what happened and he acted as if he couldn't care less. Later I noticed dirt and dust underneath the glass and they just said, "well, you know...we have to find a way to repair the glass. I never noticed anything being there before." WOW. What a response. He eventually took $20 off of the repair cots. Nevertheless, avoid this place at all costs.

I came in on a Monday around noon, and I was not told until the end of my transaction that the transfer would be completed in about three days... The reason I came here was because the closest Apple Store is over an hour away from Athens, and I thought this would be convenient. At the Apple Store, a transfer takes 2-3 hours max. I was fine with waiting a few extra days, though. I called on Wednesday to check the status of the transaction and they had forgotten about it and had yet to begin working on my computer. I started writing this post two years ago and just found it in my drafts, so I'll post what I have. Don't remember much more than what was already typed other than it was one of the worst customer service experiences in my life. Pretty sure they kept my computer for about a week and ended up not being able to do anything with it. Ended up driving to Apple and got it fixed within a day. Recommend just going to Apple first instead
