My wife and came in to have my privacy screen protector replaced . Greeted at the door by dueling salesmen like a used car lot, one of them backed down to the other. I explained our needs and with a quick look at my phone, 16 pro max he stated we no longer carry them for that phone. He looked at my wife's phone, a 16 plus and said we got them for this one. As he was installing her screen protector she asked why you have protectors for my 16 and not his. He quickly stated that he didn't have a 16, his was a 14. She corrected him and then he why mine looked so much different. What? It looks like all the others made. He then found a protector, took my old on off, opened the new one and while prepping the phone he informed me that it was not a privacy screen. I was not able to decline as he already opened it. Sadly, working in healthcare and patient information I need a privacy screen. Therefore, I will be ripping this one off to replace it. read more

Buyer Beware! I have been a Verizon customer for 18 years. I was told we could get new phones for free and quoted a price for the monthly bill. The actual price was forty dollars more than the quoted price. Disputed the price and was told I would have to go to the Stratford store because they are the closest "Verizon" store. Went there and was told they'll tell you anything to make a sale. Added Netflix for $10 a month and the bill went up $21 a month. I haven't been this frustrated with Verizon...ever. Shop other companies before you upgrade. read more

I haven't always had the best experiences at Verizon stores, but once you find a great sales rep then that all changes! I want to say thank you Kirk for always being available, patient and helpful. All things phone are no longer an inconvenience but made so much easier. I took my grandma to get her first iPhone recently (upgrading from a flip phone) and I was so appreciative Kirk took the time to explain things and even gave her a tutorial on how to use the phone. I would give zero stars if I could for the recent experience I had at this location. I had purchased a screen protector previously at this location and was told about the unlimited protection and replacement with this purchase. All future screen protectors would only be $10 for replacement in the future. I recently went in to have my screen replaced with no issue for $10. Cheyanne was who helped me today as I needed another replacement and not only did she claim I had no account and could not help me, she took my damaged screen protector off and basically told me I had to pay full price or she could put my used-cracked screen protector back on. She informed me they could have originally made an account for me under whatever name and number they wanted to when I originally got my screen protector... then acted like this was my fault! I have been a customer for years! She made it pretty obvious she could care less about the situation and wanting to help. My thought is if it's the big of a pain to help someone out when it seems to be your fault for losing the documentation in the first place, you should maybe not work on weekends or find another job. Have purchased phones from here at least 3 times. First two times were satisfactory or I would not have returned. However, the last two times I have been in, I was told the printer did not work (Aug and October) and they emailed my receipt. Took 3 requests this last time to actually get my receipt. I was made aware of the $30 upgade fee from Verizon but notf the $35 device setup fee I was charged both times. This last phone, it feels like the salesperson wanted to sell me the more expensive phone. After I choose between the two they suggested, and deal was done, I was told the screen has rounded edges and there is no screen protector for the phone. I had to pay $40 for a "liquid" protector. I specifcally drove to this store (45 minutes away) because I thought I could trust the interaction. I had a bad experience at my local verizon store (4 phones back), I was told that I would get a "free" tablet. hmmm ok. I should have guessed there was a catch. They applied my $100 trade in allowance to the "free" tablet without telling me. And that came with a two year contract for wireless access at $10 a month. I don't understand the tactics of these stores. From now on, I will order online and set up my own phone. read more

Bought my Galaxy note 10 plus phone at this location. Was promised that any items I needed for my phone would be ready available. They do not seem to honor this commitment. Been trying to get a screen protector for a month now and still waiting. Their customer service is not a good thing as far as keeping the promised product in stock. Be very careful about the place where you buy your phone and if you are thinking about this place you will be screwed over read more
