I called about getting my battery replaced and was told to go ahead and bring it in. I called ahead of time for a reason so I didn't make a wasted trip 30 minutes away. I lay for the service and leave, not even 5 minutes later I got a call that they don't even have the battery and it would be a few days. I left work early to get this taken care of and now have to miss work yet again to take it somewhere else. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

My father was visiting us from the west coast and needed some special bulbs for his trailer before is trip ended; Michael helped him find the correct bulbs & parts, placed an order and let him know when his order was in. I bought a battery from Batteries plus two months ago for my wireless alarm sensor. The old battery lasted for 8 years and the new battery that I purchased only lasted 2 months. I went back and the store clerk tested the battery and found that it was dead. Thinking that I was going to have to pay for another $10 battery, the clerk changed out the battery at no charge. This is what true customer service should be in America. Never worry about the next dollar, but worry about customer loyalty. I have since went back twice to make a purchase. Great Job! read more

If anyone is considering getting their screen replaced, I would stay away from any of these stores simply because the parts they use are cheap and you WILL be able to tell the difference. The repair costs the same as it would at the Apple Store, which I don't think is appropriate since they aren't going to be using original/quality parts. read more

I went in to get a simple cracked phone repair and left with my phone not working. Now it blacks out every 30 seconds and when I went back after driving back and forth they looked at it and said "well it must be a hardware problem. we cant do anything here" which is awful because they are the reason there is a problem. What? Nobody has posted a review here yet? Well, maybe like me they didn't realize that you can review other things besides restaurants on Yelp!, but you can! This is one of my favorite stores. Does that seem weird? Well think about it! How many things do you have that need batteries?! Remote controls for tv, remote controlled cars, remote for my ceiling fan (high tech, right? Not even that expensive! Check Home Depot), plus batteries for my video games like Game Boy, and PSP, and Nintendo DS and for the remote control for my Wii. Also, and most people forget this: flashlights! When my power goes out I'm not "in the dark"!! Well Batteries Plus has all these batteries and other ones too that I don't even know what they go to! My favorite thing is that they have watch batteries! Until a few years ago I didn't think you could even change the batteries in a watch! I just threw them away and bought a new watch. Stupid right? Haha I know, but I had gone through about 5 watches in 4 years (I use the Indiglo feature to light it up a lot). I didn't spend that much really, like 12.99$ per watch but once I realized that Batteries Plus sold watch batteries, I bought a nicer watch for 29.99$ because I knew I would keep it! Batteries Plus is awesome, and I've never even asked the staff (super nice, by the way) a question because I just walk around and look at how many different batteries they have. But I can tell if I ever had a question, they would have the answer in about 2 seconds. You can tell by being in there. We need more small stores like this that really specialize in things, like what about a Cords Plus! They could sell extension cords and HDMI cords and phone cords and maybe ropes too. Maybe that's not the best idea, but you get the picture. Awesome store, please keep stocking batteries and kicking butt! Small businesses are the backbone! read more
