Well, I stopped by another Verizon store that didn't have the phone that I needed. They advised me to try this factory store, but warned of the low reviews. So we arrive at this location and there is one customer service rep helping customers. So we wait, and wait, and wait. Meanwhile, two other customers walked out. Unfortunately, my phone battery had bloated and I needed a replacement quick! I just wanted to ask if they had one in stock! The wait was quite frustrating not knowing if they even had the phone. Finally, two employees walked back in from lunch. Thank God!!! Soon we were called up. I stated my issue and the employee stated that they had just received a shipment. Yahoo! So why a 4 star rating? The person who helped me. I could tell right away that Marcus was experienced and I knew right away that we would get this done. He was very friendly and accommodating as well. A real pro! Came here to this location for the first time with my family and we had a great experience. My wife and kids all took advantage of one of their promos. They traded in their Galaxy20 and got the Galaxy23 practically for free. Sales, Kevin (young kid with glasses) was super friendly, patient, and informational. We were there for over 2.5hrs buying the phones and transferring all their info over. They closed at 7pm, but Kevin stayed to complete his awesome services until we were done which was close to 8pm. If anyone wanna stop by and feel comfortable with all your questions and/or concerns, ask for Kevin. The parking lot is decent size and located next to Smoothie King. All the staff are friendly, but Kevin was amazing. He is an asset to Verizon. read more

I had broken a camera lens on my Iphone 13 promax. I asked the business manager about lens protectors. and he went and got some. He couldn't get them on the phone so he told his girl to do it. She told him these were the wrong ones, they are too big, but he insisted they were the right ones. When I got home all the lens covers had fallen off, and looking at the paperwork they are for an iphone 14 not 13. These folks are lucky to have a job! read more

My son goes to school at A&M. We live in Killeen, but on a whim we decided to switch from Sprint (hate them) to Verizon while we were visiting. That was four years and three sets of phones ago. My son is in graduate school now, and we still return to the same Verizon store every time we need phones. All three times we've been to this location, the people have been extremely friendly, helpful, and patient. We've enjoyed every employee that's helped us. We've always gotten exactly what we went in looking for. This last visit was especially fun because we all got into a conversation about Marvel movies and comic books. A few employees chimed in on the conversation as well as a few other customers. We had a great time! I highly recommend this store. read more

I needed the glass screen cover on my phone changed and Mitchell very quickly and efficiently took care of this as well as resolved a few other questions I had. The service goes down all the time. It is incredibly slow. Customer service is in Pakistan or something. Keeps asking me to reboot my router. It's not the problem with my router it's the problem with their equipment. Very frustrated. Going to change service soon. Update: Verizon sold its service to Frontier Communications. I didn't think they could get any worse but wow was I wrong. The outages have increased dramatically and the speed dropped to dial up levels. I'm not a fan of cell phones. I switched to Verizon after having a phone almost 4 year and being with my other provider for 6 years. (I did not want to switch, but unfortunately my whole family switched leaving me the odd girl out.) When getting my new phone the employees at Verizon in CS were very nice, professional, and seemingly helpful. However, they did not tell me about the activation fee, which I was billed for later. I figured when I paid for the phones, everything was taken care of. There were also a few other things I was not made aware of, until a bill arrived. I found this very frustrating. I miss my old provider... Tip: A&M employees get a pretty good discount on your monthly bill... so bring in a copy of your pay stub! (Also, they won't tell you about the discount, I had to ask.) read more

Horrible internet service and customer service needs more training. They are very nice but cannot help. Tech was scheduled to make a home repair for my internet problems and never arrived. Did not call to reschedule I have been out of internet service since Wednesday August 24 I called early August 25. Spent 45 minutes trying dozens of settings and doing some of the same settings several times. Finally the tech said they talked to their supervisors and was told to log an in home service Call. Earliest was for August 29 8am-5pm. Waited all day and no one showed up. It's August 31 and still no internet. read more

I came in last weekend and explained to the employee that I would be porting my number over from another company to a personal line, then transferring that to a business account. My current phone was not compatible with Verizon, but I said that was fine since my company would be assuming liability most likely within a week and sending me a new phone. After signing up for the service and then calling later to give my company authorization to be on my account, I was then informed that there is a 30 day waiting period in order to transfer between account types. I had spoken to multiple employees who were fully aware of my situation and mentioned NOTHING about this - one even went so far as to say that my first month's bill would be prorated based upon when my company took over. My only choice is to have no phone service for a month or start the process all over again with another company. The manager was very unapologetic and offered absolutely nothing for all the trouble I've been through. read more

I cracked my iPhone screen, took it here wanting to just file an insurance claim and be shipped a new phone,and they advised me to go through a third party to get the screen replaced. So, I took it to the phone repair place in FW with the best reviews. Now, my screen is not working, and I will have to pay an additional $200 just for an insurance claim that I wanted to do in the first place. And what's worse, I have their top-of-the-line speeds! They have been there for me and my girlfriend every step of the way throughout this entire mess of the Galaxy Note 7 Fiasco, making sure to keep me up to date on the latest news and options from Samsung, as well as being respectful, polite, and knowledgeable, and making the swap, refunds, exchanges and paper work all easy to understand and painless. I just wanted to express my gratitude for a very helpful and friendly group of employees, who made me feel cared for and valued.
