I wouldn't recommend ATT if they were the only cell service. I've spent six days and many hours attempting to move my service from Consumer Cellular to ATT Retail Seven times over and he last six days ATT has been unable to move my service to ATT. EACH time I was cut off with the only option was to start over. The sixth time I attempted to transfer my service only to be dropped before completing the exchange. Total incompetence. No one at ATT Could transfer my iPhones, with my numbers, to ATT. I Don't know how this company stays in business. So, here I am with my old service cancelled and ATT unable to set up my account with my iPhones. Please, select another provider and save yourself hours of wasted time with ATT. I now understand why the FCC has 11.5 million complaint it's against ATT. read more

My phone got some sort of virus on it and would not work. I spent 2 hours on the phone with AT&T support to back up everything on my phone. Unfortunately had to do a factory reset on it. Two of the items were not working the same. I was instructed to go into the store and talk to someone in person. I walked in the door signed in and a rep came to me at the front door and refused to help me. I've said please have somebody just look at it isn't there anybody here that can help. He said no we won't look at it and I can't help you. This store used to be my go-to store for any kind of issues and they used to help. That was the poorest level of customer service and I would be aware of them if you are expecting good customer service. So disappointed in them. read more

I normally have a great experience in this store but today was very short on the customer service. Due to me not wanting to go to Brandun , I went to someone else . When I asked if the person could help me they simple went to Azyln, who immediately said she didn't know and left it at tha . he went to Brandun and because I said I didn't want him to help me , he said " Nope , I don't know " . We drove all the way to College Station to give our son his new phone and then turn in all three of our old phones. Both of the staff that interacted with us were less than acceptable. The staff member who "greeted" us and I use that term loosely- took our name and why we were there and said it would be a few minutes. He never smiled and acted irritated to even be at work. The rep that helped us return our phones was efficient but not friendly or personable. And when we asked a question about transfer from iCloud he just didn't know and said to call support. I was disappointed in the service as we always receive excellent service in San Antonio. read more

Let me start by saying that I was reluctant to go into AT&T. My phone started to malfunction after having it for some years and I wanted a fix, not a replacement. I didn't need the sales pitches and absolutely no upgrade! I walked in and was greeted by Kelly. I told him my issue and he listened. He gave me the hard truth about my old phone and made simple and realistic suggestions. The more he explained everything to me, the more I understood that maybe it was time to get an upgrade. Kelly was extremely knowledgeable, very detailed and patient as I had many questions. He took his time and I left feeling great about my purchase and my experience at this location. I did not feel pressured to buy the biggest, best and most expensive device. If you have AT&T issues, questions or concerns, do not hesitate to visit this location as the customer service is outstanding. This is my go to location without a doubt. We ran into some issues getting in contact with my previous provider, but Eric the employee there was very patient in helping get everything sorted. While it did take a long time, Eric deserves a raise for how great he was with handling the situation. The worse customer service I have ever experienced. I arrived at the store early for the release of the iPhone 14 and when I arrived there was a line of about 6 people. The store manager forced everyone waiting to stay outside even though there was plenty of seating in the store. I waited in line for about 45 minutes to an hour. The manager decided it would be good to wait and check if I was an authorized user on the account until after my 45 minute wait and I was turned away. I would not recommend this store if there are any other options. read more

Wife and I came in on Saturday the 14th and I traded in my old iPhone 6 for an iPhone 11 64GB. Took about two hours to get the whole thing done. Cost was $699. PAy it out for about $25/month over thirty months. When I got home, it would not charge over 50%. I could not change any settings. It said the phone was "restoring". I checked storage. My 64 GB was maxed out. I tried to change iCloud settings, delete some apps, etc. But it was like I was locked out. So I chatted to an online rep. They said to go back to store and ask them to review the settings. I went back Sunday, 15th. Anthony was checking people in. He worked on it. Long story short, he was able to work on moving some of the data to iCloud to get under 64GB in RAM. Then he changed settings to get a lot of stuff out of RAM and move it to iCloud. Then he restored and downloaded an upgrade on the IOS. That seemed to make it all work. The dudes spend a lot of time troubleshooting issues. What are you going to do? It is free. They have to diagnose the issue, get it to do it for them and then figure out how to fix it. You spend a lot of time waiting for downloads and programs. They need you for your passwords, Apple ID and permission to delete things. Sometimes they get it right real quick. Sometimes they or the equipment fails. I give them credit for patience and to take the pressure of me standing over them (6'4" 265 lbs). They are motivated to get it right, they do not want an unhappy customer. I checked my bill, it is correct. I am able to use it. Overall I am usually relieved to have my phone back in service when I leave. read more

The staff here is only helpful when purchasing a new phone because they are paid on commission. Problems are a different matter. Had purchased a phone for my son which had to be mailed to him because if the commission he was not able to go to an ATT store near him. The store employee typed in the wrong phone number for the phone being mailed. Upon discovering this error the store had to cancel that phone and reship him another phone with the correct number. They said he would get it the next day which he didnt. He did not have a working phone for work and store employee apologized and said she would see to some sort of compensation for us. When I called to enquire on this the store assistant manager, Traci, was rude and would not even consider helping us. I would think ATT would be more prudent on who they hire for a managerial position. I would avoid this store. They are not here to help with any problems. read more

I have always had good experiences here, but I wanted to recognize one individual in particular today. Jason, a person with volumes more patience than I have, helped me pick out a tablet and then spent about 15 minutes on the phone with my technologically disinclined 62 year old mother, walking her through the AT&T website. He somehow managed to keep a smile on his face the whole time, so I was really pleased with the great service I got today! read more

I recently was at this store earlier in the week to transfer my service from Sprint back to AT&T. The rep I dealt with, named Doug Carpenter, was kind enough to help me through the entire process. I managed to be up and running about 10 to 20 minutes after I walked in and he was very patient and answered every question I had to the best of his knowledge. I also managed to convince the rest of my family that I live with to transfer over because the plans and full price of everything is a lot cheaper, plus we live in a Sprint deadzone that AT&T 4G LTE actually covers. All-in-all I recommend anyone looking into switching carriers to go with AT&T and anyone living in the Bryan/College Station area to go to this store, it has by far the best customer service to deal with. read more
