I have not gotten an explanation of charges for free or as I was told " on us . Never was I told about charges that I've incurred by switching to version. I feel everything was totally misrepresented by staff of Verizon. I'm totally unhappy with this company and I want to return all equipment and receive a 100% refund. This week I had the pleasure of getting a new phone. I didn't have very much money, but I really needed a new phone. I went in and I talked Grace. She really helped me from the time I came into the time I left. She made me feel like that. I was at home and I was around family and friends. I would recommend her to anybody that needs a new phone and I've also referred a few people so hopefully they get the chance to meet her and experience what I've experienced with her. Visited this store yesterday to pay my phone bill via the cash machine. The machine has been down for over a month and still down as of yesterday. One of the staff assisted me with my phone bill and then I asked if there was a PUBLIC restroom. I went to my bag to gather a few things and next thing I know the staff is knocking on the door like the police. They continued knock as if I wasn't in the BATHROOM. I finally had to say I am using the restroom. After leaving the bathroom two male employees were standing by the door like predators. While I continued to leave a male manager asked to speak with me outside, I said ok but kept walking because this guy was weird. Even after me leaving and waiting on my Uber the guy comes outside and is talking to about me on the phone!!! This was harassment in the worst way. read more

They'll be nice until you spend your money and commit to their services and then act like you have lost your mind when you ask for their help later! Do not fall for their crap!! A few of me and my cow workers go out to eat together and went by here the last two days to let a co worker go in to get help on the new iPhone that just came out. His already stopped working. After the third time he visited the store they still never helped him. 2nd time we was with him. One of the conwrkers that drove us went in because this is ridiculous. She asked when he could get help after the guy said he was already booted down 30 minutes before closing so he couldn't do anything to help. So she asked when and who would help?They kicked her out of the store and said he couldn't Come back because the worker was disrespected. We filmed them locking the store and taking pics of our tag like someone did something. I wish management would pull the video. See how the staff treats there customers. Sorry the workers felt disrespected for being asked when a customers can be helped. This is why after 10 years me and my husband went to at&t because of the same staff at this Conway store. Btw our friend is on his 3rd day with no service. So terrible sad. He is the nicest guy that just wanted his phone fixed. The lady that was working with him that walked around being sour and was locking the door when they left was the reason we left. Awful people. This store needs help read more

I would avoid this store at all costs! Rude employees who are not helpful and a manager who smiles and says he is unable to do anything to help. If you want to buy a new phone ONLY, perhaps they can help you. But DO NOT come in with any problems. Seems like if there is no sale possible, then they are not interested in helping you. Rude, unhelpful and smug about it...yep, I can't think of any reason to subject myself to that again. My hope is that someday they will learn that if you are unable to help a customer, they can at least point them in the right direction and be curtious about it. read more

This location has always had a problem with customer service. The workers are uninterested, unhelpful, and talk down to you. Be prepared to be talked to like a child, and take sighs and eye rolls from 30 year old men in cheap polos. read more
